What is happening to yal? I just prdered some wings that look like they been sitting since lunch time. Come on guys. I think they have a new older (40+) Hispanic lady at the drive through at lunch time they recently hired and all she knows is the word No. I used to like this location because I have had good customer service before but not as much any more 2/3 this place was an awesome experience and this recent time it was bad because customer service wasnt the focus of the location. As a customer is you tell me you can't give me what I ask to pay for then that means you must be giving what you are providing with perfection and the food came out not even fresh. Hopefully they didnt transfer her from the racetrack location because that place was a disgrace and if she brings her attitude from there over to here this will be another location that's going down hill fast. The crazy part is the drive through will tell you that you can't swap a leg for a thigh like its going to hurt profits or like it cost them to make an adjustment to what we pay for and then they will take 15 pieces of chicken home for free which is the real expense. And I know they do because I know people who work at popeyes that do it. Every popeyes location that feels they need to nickle and dime every customer for everything need to first analyze where their expense actually are going out the window instead of trying to knickle and dime your customers. If this is anout profitability look at how much food is going out the door at the end of the night. Or after someone's shift.

Stopped in to pick up an order and had a pretty uncomfortable experience. An employee wearing headphones looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me, then walked into the lobby and started mopping. The other two employees seemed busy in the back, so I waited for about five minutes with no greeting or assistance. Eventually, a woman in pajamas entered and started loudly instructing the employee with headphones—possibly a manager, though it was unclear. He came over reluctantly and handed me my order that had been sitting and ready for pick up. The front area appeared to be used more like a personal hangout, with snacks and belongings in plain view. It felt unprofessional and awkward.

Not very kind and ignored us when trying to enter the restaurant. So we went to the drive thu thinking they had closed the lobby. No one came to the window for over 5 minutes. They told us they were making fresh food and we waited an additional 20 minutes. Then they forgot about us and our order after they asked us to pull ahead… maybe new management. They are not organized and their costumer service is not great…

Well my experience with this new location is the fact that yeah the place look nice and everything they just installed touch screen kiosk in there and one thing I noticed about a lot of these places like McDonald's and this place here they've got lazy to the point where they don't want to take an interact and deal with the customer That's one thing I noticed plus due to the fact you got a lot of people that how can I put this you have establishments like this which don't get me wrong I'm all for diversity and everything that's a wonderful great thing just great but when you have situations where you got them back there laughing a joke and you know they're working and everything but then you have where they're spending more time not interfacing with the public but the customers that come in there and you got to stand there and pretty much try to waive your arms and send up smoke signals just to get their attention so you can come up front and take care of the customer like they're supposed to like they used to do that shouldn't happen you shouldn't have to take in spend almost two to three minutes trying to get somebody's attention to come to the front counter at the register to take to take your order and take care of you as a customer they want you to try to push the customer towards using the kiosk more said so they don't they don't have to deal with you so they don't have to interact with you but the thing the crazy part is this the trick to that is is that using that kiosk if you want want to customize your order you you're not able to do that,.

So in order for you to be able to customize your order your menu items you have to have somebody there at the register that you can speak to that they can fix that situation and take care of that situation like they're supposed to cuz like I said again a lot of these locations like that Popeye's there even though it's brand new building brand new location The individuals that work in this location are the same ones that used to work at the Popeyes over there on main Street right off of anchor I think the name the street is called Ogden or Edgar Street but the same crew maybe with a few new people mixed in there here and there are the same individuals that used to work at the Popeyes over there on main Street in Lewisville now working through new location including the the management the supervisor management staff the people who's in charge that are managers supervisors over there that run the place are the same individuals that used to be at the one in Lewisville now you may have a person here and there that when you trying to you know let them know how you want your food because you and I know how we like our food you very specific and very particular about your food items or what you want what you don't want So you should be able to customize your order to your liking You're the one that's paying for it You're the customer So basically it's supposed to be the customers always right but with these individuals they don't care to them the customer ain't right they trying to take them stick strictly to what the item whatever the description says online where it may say this and they say that but you as a paying customer say for instance if you know you don't eat wings and you tell them please I would like to switch out that wing for a leg or breast or thigh you as a parent customer supposed to be able to do that they shouldn't give you flack or give you problem just because you want to switch out particular you know pieces cuz you're paying for it but some of these places some of these people in some of these places they want to get a customer hard time and those people are not individuals who are what you call customer service friendly they need to not even be working with the public If they don't know how to take an interact and deal with the customer because you supposed to be able to do what you can try to make the customer happy so they can come back and they refer to place that you have to other people so other...

0 🌟's!!! This place should be shut down. My husband got off from a long day of work and came to this location for fast food and they can't even do that right!!! Plus this was his second time ordering off the menu for them to tell him they do not even sell the item anymore. It is very frustrating to see something that you like but haven't had in a while being advertised on the menu but then they tell you they don't sell it. So he ordered cajun rice; they didn't give it to him. He asked for honey for the biscuits and they didn't give him that either. He asked for mashed potatoes with no gravy and they still added gravy!!! It seemed like they were purposely trying to piss him off. He even asked to speak with the manager about their false advertisement and they went back and forth because the manager kept saying that there is no sign with popcorn chicken. Then the manager asked him where did he see it so he could check and he was trying to call my husband a liar. The manage went and checked and saw the sign. Then the manager argued with him asking him "Will you move out of the way? We have other customers!" My husband told him he is a customer too! Then the manager starts yelling in Spanish probably calling him all types of names! My husband called their corporate number and a lady answers the phone and he tells her the situation and she doesn't seem to care but she says someone will call us back which I don't believe. We'll never waste our...
