I placed an order on 3/2/2022 at 3:29pm on the Drive Thru, Order No. 437094... I went back to return the food due to the Orange Chicken old, and the Teriyaki Chicken dry and stiff, as it seems it had been under the heat light for an excessively long time. I tried multiple times for a refund, and was not successful, the individual Diego could not get my refund, and stated he needed to wait to his Manager to get there at 5pm. So I tried to give me some coupons, I told him I would take them, but I asked him could they be used at another Panda? He responded with a "No", I told him I was just coming through and I am not from this area, and I wouldn't be coming through here again. He requested my phone number, and said the Manger would call me at 5pm. That call never happened, I waited to the next day, no call. So I ended up calling two days after, and speaking to the Manager on the shift, I told her the situation, she tried to refund me the money, but the screen would not allow her, is what she stated. She said she would call me later, I waited for her call but I didn't receive it. I called Store #2419, someone picked up the phone and wouldn't respond and then hung up on me. Read moreWorst experience at a panda I’ve ever had. Ordered three items and had an issue with all of them being incorrect. Didn’t receive my honey shrimp or orange chicken on my two plate, received fried rice instead of brown rice on BOTH plates and wasn’t given my bowl in the drive thru. I had to wait until I was acknowledged again and ask for it. Then I had to wait for the chicken to be made. Called the manager and she was zero help. Asked me to take a picture and bring in the receipt as if I was lying. I have three kids and it’s 7:20pm. Will not return to this place. Terrible customer service from the drive thru lady and manager.
Drove back to panda because my kids needed dinner and they can’t eat sweet fire chicken (which I was given instead of orange chicken). Was offered to have it made again and I told the manager I wanted a refund. She offered to give me some coupons instead. This evening a man came in behind me and was being very rude to the lady taking orders. He was a very upset that he had to repeat himself twice because of a slight language barrier. He started to raise his voice at this woman working at the store and complaining that people that don't understand English shouldn't work there. I told the rude customer to stop acting like a jerk and respect the lady. He did not like that at all. Got mad at me for interfering with his business. I told him it's my business now because you've made me upset. I made sure to tip the lady that was yelled at and belittled and also thanked her very much for her service and told her to have a good night.
