We ordered a delivery through door dash and what we received was incorrect. We ordered 3 bowls (1 was great, 1 had 6 pieces of steak and not even half full, we did not even receive the 3rd bowl), we also ordered 2 burritos (both had completely different ingredients then what was labeled and supposed to have). I am usually not the person to complain however when you order $50 worth of food because the whole world is shut down from dine in, you would expect the business that remain open for pickup and delivery to shine. This was not the case. I called to speak with a manager, the individual that answered the phone initially was very uninterested that I needed to speak with a manager. So then I speak with Tye. He completely misunderstood the whole point and at first only tried to offer replacement of the 1 bowl that was missing. Eventually I think he said he would replaced 1 burrito and 2 bowls. But the whole order needs to be replaced because one of my family members didn’t even get to eat and all but one item was messed up. When I explained to him treat my wife didn’t get to eat, he was very condescending in his response. Read moreThis is the absolute worst location I've ever been to. I've given this place more chances than I should have just because they're close, but lately they've been skimping on rice, protein and toppings. I know guac is extra, but I'd like a decent serving of it if I'm paying extra.
Staff is unfriendly and if you ask for more of a topping (which any other store I've been to loads up on toppings) they seem annoyed and bothered by your request. Chips are constantly stale or wet, and ordering a large bag of chips is a joke at this point because they look to be the same amount as the regular bag.
Soda machine is often out of something, they're usually always out of dressing with constant excuses of equipment being broken, and let's not even talk about the register being broken over multiple days so the only way you could order was through the app or on door dash, and they didn't tell you until you got to the counter to place the order. No sign on the door warning you before hand. I've also noticed sometimes they can't run credit cards and are cash only, and sometimes they cannot accept cash. During my last visit, I encountered several issues that have persisted over multiple visits. Firstly, my order was prepared incorrectly, and it's disheartening to note that this is not an isolated incident. Accuracy in fulfilling customer orders is fundamental, and the consistent lapses in this regard are concerning.
Moreover, despite being a fan of the veggies offered, I have repeatedly faced the disappointment where they were out of veggies and not receiving refills for counter. It seems there is a recurring oversight in ensuring an adequate supply of onions and bell peppers, which are crucial components for many dishes.
I believe in providing constructive feedback, and I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly. I value Chipotle as a food establishment, but these consistent lapses have significantly impacted my overall satisfaction.
