Soma — Local services in Robinson Township

I am literally still in disbelief as I write this. I can honestly say that I have never quite experienced the level of unprofessionalism and indolence than I did tonight at the Soma store in Robinson. I came in about 20 minutes to close as I was leaving the mall. I wanted just wanted to pick up something real quick. I tried to get help finding a specific product in my size, but the sales person who was standing around joking with another employee who was working kept looking at me and dismissing me . When I finally was able to get her to acknowledge me, I asked a couple questions about a product and sizing I couldn’t find. She snapped at me and said you have 15 minutes to make your purchase as she stormed into the back to look for my size. I was so taken back. I advised her that I no longer wanted to purchase anything from them and left. Even the other salesperson looked on in disbelief and was apologizing to me for the other woman.

I just wanted to buy a new bra lady. I really hope that you have a better day tomorrow and you might want to consider finding job that doesn’t involve customer service or interacting with people in general. Definitely not a good...

Love Soma! However, the past two times I have shopped (tried to shop) I am bothered and rushed by a sales person. I don't mind a "hello may I help you" when I go in, but if I say " hello, no thank you" I wish to be left to browsing on my own and not followed and rushed. I picked out some items and they were taken to the front counter by the clerk. I decided I wanted to try something else on in the mean time. As I was in the fitting room, apparently she had totaled up the other items and was waiting on me . I was not finished and wanted to look around. I felt like I was pressured into deciding on what I wanted and did not have a chance to decide on my own. I may have spent more money if I wasn't rushed.
