Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Robinson Township

We really wanted to give this location a much higher rating based on friendliness. However, we ordered a large Butterfinger blizzard and a banana split. We got our items to go as we were traveling, once we got back to our hotel we began to enjoy our treats. The banana spilt had bruised bananas which i ate,not a big deal but whatever. Instead of strawberries i find only one squished berry and some what appeared to be strawberry syrup, there were exactly 3 pieces of pineapple chunks on the entire split. The pineapples were very sour and not fresh, they were canned pineapples which are fine but they were spoiled for sure. I was left with vanilla ice cream and a tad bit of chocolate sauce with whip cream. My sons blizzard was basically vanilla ice cream with a few chunks of butterfinger in the middle of the cup,it wasn't mixed well at all, and for a large i could guess there wasnt more than a teaspoon of candy chips added if that. It was definitely a waste of 11 bucks, but again,they two cashiers did have smiles on their faces and they were friendly. I would suggest some additional training in the freshness and presentation of the product being sold along with that proper way to...

I went in today to get an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Their pre made cake selection wasn't great, and they didn't have any blizzard cakes pre-made. Most of the other dq locations have a couple of blizzard cakes pre-made, but I was able to find a cake that sufficed. The employees were nice and decorated it for me with what I wanted it to say. Most of the cakes had borders on them that were damaged or smashed up against the side of the container. It was slim pickings, and I had to go with the one that had the least amount of icing damage to it. It was still a little wonky, but it will get eaten...I just hope it isn't freezer burnt from sitting in the case too long. It looks like that could be the case after opening it and looking at the top. I will be highly disappointed if it is as the cake was nearly $40. Thankfully, it wasn't freezer burnt, but the ratio to chocolate and vanilla ice cream...

Was with my 6 and 11 yo daughters Christmas shopping today and wanted to get them the snow man treat and to our disappointment the woman at the register told me they were closed but it isn’t even 8 yet and the site says it closes at 8 pm. This was disappointment number one. Then to make things worse she looked at me with a moody face and said “do they have to have these”? I just left. Who “has to have” ice cream?
