I received a birthday gift that my mom had purchase on September 4th for me. My birthday was September 29th and we celebrated a week later so i didn’t get the gift until then. Unfortunately the pants my mom got me were too small. I had to go out of town for work. When i went To try and return the pants today they said it was past the 30 day return policy and weren’t going to make an exception. The. The manager said they could return them For the original price and asked for the card which after telling them again for the fifth time it was a gift so i didn’t have the purchase card they said my mom would have to come in and return them to get the full money back on her card. They said they would honor this. My mom the went later in the day, spoke to the manager and they wouldn’t budge. This is AWFUL customer service. First of all 30 days is never enough time for a return for anyone who has a normal life, let alone a gift that was ordered to have for a birthday. My mom had no control over me getting the gift and trying it on 30 days after it was purchased. This should be an automatic exception for a return over 30 days.
