Lululemon always has the best customer service at every location I have been to. Don’t waste your time going to one the in Rochester Hills, MI. The manager is absolutely nasty. Not at all what you would expect from a manager. I bought a jumpsuit less than a week ago that is clearly defective and said she can’t return it to get a gift card. After going back and forth wasted time in there, also called customer service and had them on speaker and they said it should be no problem. She refused and send go ship it lol. Walked out went to Troy, MI Lulu all I have to say what a world of a difference. I am aware item is defective it’s not my fault. The associate at Troy, MI didn’t even need a manager. He didn’t give me store credit either which I would have been fine with, he gave me credit back to my credit card. This jumpsuit is $260 which is what paid 6 days ago when I purchased it. All the reviews on this item are online so many others are experiencing the same exact issue. Some of comments online said the store will take it back no problem. Yet I had to go to different store in order to get the correct service. Lulu made a big mistake by promoting or by hiring this manager at the Rochester Hills, MI. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they know she doesn’t meet the standards of Lululemon. The employee wasn’t any better either. Didn’t have high expectations with her manager training her to be rude just like her. Extremely disappointed for Lululemon with employees like this destroying their image. People should get a job they actually enjoy. Clearly this is not a good match. Pray for her and hopefully she will land a job where she can respect herself and others around her. Read moreI normally love this lululemon, they are always stocked with everything and is super flexible. I came into this Lululemon with a pair of leggings to exchange for quality promise. I was not a fan of these leggings so i asked to exchange them for a pair that was more expensive but was willing to pay the difference of the leggings. I have done this at other stores and at this location before and have had absolutely no issues. The workers proceeded to tell me that exchanging the leggings was against store policy and under no circumstances would break the policy. They told me that every other store has broken store policy and to go back to that store “so they can break the policy again.” I have talked to a manager at the somerset location before and have been told that it is within store policy and i would be able to exchange them with no problem. The employees were extremely disrespectful and as soon as i walked away they talked about negatively about the group i was in within earshot. I have worked in retail before so I understand that it is not ideal to walk in 30 minutes before closing, but customer service should never be thrown away especially when we are there to spend our money. Read moreI usually don’t post any reviews but this one is worth to give some advice to anyone who wants to visit this store. I have no reason to come to this location ever again. I am a loyal customer and in all these years this is the second time that I have to return and item and unfortunately I received a terrible customer service at this store location (Rochester Hills). I got a pair of fleeced leggings and after the 2nd 3rd wash they pilled horribly so I decided to return them as a part of my warranty. First of all the lady with British accent didn’t bother to verify that my purchase was less than a month ago, so the item was almost brand new. She questioned me when and where did I get the items like I was trying to scam her or something else. As I said she didn’t bother to take a look to my purchase history records. I bought these leggings in this store and was treated like I was trying to rob them. Shame on you. I will call costumer service to get some resolution. Thanks for doing nothing and opening my eyes so I never have to comeback to your store again. Just for your records and for you to get acknowledgment of the products that you are selling: the pilling is a quality issue after two or three wears and it is posted in your website.
