Acme Tools — Local services in Rochester

Had a super experience with Acme tool of Rochester, Mn. Over the last few weeks I grew frustrated with my DeWalt chainsaw leaking oil from the base. I had purchased from Thomas Tools (now closed) about 3 years ago. Acme tools has a service center and a DeWalt certified repair dealer. I talked with the service mgr Jorge (George) about my chainsaw leaking oil. He told me Acme had a large sale coming up over the weekend and. Rep. from DeWalt would be there and would ask about my issue. I stopped at the sale and talk to Tony the DeWalt representative and brought a reciprocal saw from him. I asked about my problem chainsaw and Jorge talked to Tony as l paid for my purchase. I was approved to get a replacement chainsaw that doesn’t leak oil and a better saw all around.
