This was my 2nd time going here, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, with all the items being fresh aside from the meats (which are frozen to help it keep longer). Everything was delicious, and the service was awesome, with the waiter always checking to see if we needed refills or more tortillas. (which they'll ask you if you want rice and/or tortillas with your food, but they don't charge extra for them) My favorite sauce to put on my food (although it's hard to pick just one) is "Burn your village BBQ," which has a mild spice to it, but doesn't overpower the BBQ side of things. For desert, we had the "Sweet Victory S'mores," which are a little high priced in my opinion at 9.99, but still enjoyed the opportunity to have a mini fire in the place. (If you want to put out the fire before you leave, all you have to do is put an ice cube on top of it, and it'll go out. You'll be there all day if you try to blow it out, but the waiter will put out the fire if you don't feel comfortable doing it) It's roughly $13 an adult here, but that isn't bad considering some other higher end places in the area.

Excellent service and great food. They have a nice variety of seafood: shrimp, imitation crab meat, mussels, and tilapia. They also have pho noodles, which are gluten free. If you tell the waitstaff that you are gluten free, they will cook the food on a specially cleaned area of the wok. Just keep in mind that the mixing of sauces and other foods due to the salad bar self-service probably does not make this a Celiac-Safe restaurant. But for everyone else, enjoy! Pro tips: -use 2 bowls: 1 for noodles and proteins, the 2nd for veggies and sauces. -follow the recipe cards on the table if you’re not confident in your mixing abilities. -use at least 5 ladles of sauce. -if you bring a buck, you can tip the wok chefs and ring the gong - super fun :-)

An amazing experience. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, a lot of choices and how you would like to have your meal prepared. A plethora of vegetables and lots of choices for meat. It seemed like they had every conceivable sauce. Clear and concise directions on how to fill your bowls and bring them to the cook. Tip: Take a bit more meat than you think you need because when it’s cooked it shrinks. Also take a separate bowl for the noodles. Even with the noodles you have choices. And a small sign indicates how many calories are in a quarter cup of each. Everything was fresh and very tasty. I would definitely go back again.

My wife and I had a long day of shopping and were really hungry. We had been here a couple times prior and didn’t have many issues. The other day is a bit off a different, and very disappointing experience.

We walked in and there were 3 hosts that met us at the entrance. It was mid afternoon and wasn’t busy, which we found it to be a bit of a surprise that we were told that it would be a “10-15 minute wait” even though there were many booths and tables open. So, we sat and patiently waited. About 5 minutes into our wait, a family of 5 came in and stated they had “8 people and a baby”. They were told it would be a 25 minute wait. They agreed and joined us. Not 2 minutes later, the hosts began pulling 4 tables of 2 together and sat the large family. I had asked how that worked being we had been there longer and was only a party of 2. The host walked away. 3 minutes later, we were sat at a table near the bar.

We began our wait at the table and had numerous wait staff walk by the table. The bartender also continued looking at us, but never said anything but would serve tables around us. The family seated ahead of us had service, drinks, and were on their way through the prep lines, and still not a word from anyone to us. No staff stopped or even made contact to say “Hey, how are you? Sorry about the wait, Your server will be right with you.” No, we waited an additional 10 minutes and attempted to stop the passing wait staff to see if we could get started, and everyone continued to walk by. After 15 minutes at the table with not a word from anyone, we left and went to a different place to eat.

If it were busy, understandable to a point. If they were short staffed, also understandable to a point. But there were staff just standing around taking amongst their coworkers. This was hands down the worst dining experience we’ve had in a long time and will not...

Very very small and crowded. They only have one grill. Very small limited option of meats, veggies, noodles, and sauces. The waiter was quite rude. This place is very very overpriced. It was $80 for 4 "adults", not to mention that one of them was a teenage girl who didn't even barely eat. Everything was an extra upcharge. The drinks were very gross and watered down. I had a raspberry tea no ice, there was still no flavor in it. Switched drink flavors a few times and everything is this way. With the very light flavor of what you got as a drink. It was like they were adding water to all of them to save money. The line was ridiculously long for the grill and they lost track of whose food was whose quite frequently. The tall blonde gal that made my food was also making food for other people. I watched her crack open eggs and drop the shell into the person's food. And then she moved on to my dish which was the next one. (Not cleaning utensils between dishes.) I ended up with egg which I'm allergic to in my dish. Along with eggshell, large chunks of it. As well as ham and cheese which I didn't do either of those because I'm also lactose intolerant and vegetarian. I pointed these facts out to the waiter and he just brushed it off and walked away. No apologies. No discounts. No coupons. Nothing. In fact his attitude got even worse from there on. He wouldn't even come over to the table to refill our drinks. I suggest boycotting this business. It's...

Am from out of town, really was looking forward to ordering through door dash, prepaid and tipped at 8:10(when i received confirmation message)door dash messaged me repeatedly that it'd be an hour wait, then an hour and a half.Ok, thats fine i'm not starving and appreciate honest timelines. Then TWO hour later door dash had to call me and personally apologize and refund me because even though i PAID for my order 50 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE AT 9 they refused to make the order.I have worked years in the food industry and yes i can understand when its right on the wire (5 minutes to close, minute to close) and its been an excruciatingly busy night its tempting to close. However 50 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE YOU TURN AWAY BUSINESSS???it was completely advertised as open on door dash... I LOVE spicy, foreign foods and am HIGHLY disappointed in the business they turned down, and making door dash do their dirty work(having door dash reach out to me TWO hour later its cancelled. Also at 10 o clock everything except dominos, perkins and a few other chains are opened.I live in a small town with few opportunities to eat food from around the world. I would only hope this is NOT how the owners imagine doing business, when you work for another company you need to hold up your agreements, If it were completely independently owned and operated with no third part they could have at LEAST called at 8:10 and APOLOGIZED themselves they were closed.Very very...
