Me and my dogs have been anxiously waiting for Central Bark to open! It’s nice and close to home and I knew my dog would be in good hands. I was able to make the appointment just a couple days ago with Amanda and my newest dog who is a rescue and very timid and shy did so good with her!

The owner is so nice and hands-on which you don’t find these days in any sort of business it seems like. The Groomer was very knowledgeable and nice and made me feel right at home and I had zero hesitation leaving my baby in their care.

I’m not picky when it comes to my dogs haircuts I just want them to feel good and as long as they feel good it’s fine by me and Rosie was slightly overdue and that’s an understatement and now she has a wonderful summer cut and she is all cleaned up and we can let her grow back in nicely and get her groomed regularly with Amanda!

This is the most unprofessional boarding facility I've ever worked with. Meredith texted me (no phone call, I had to call) just today to cancel boarding of our dog 24 hours before a family trip. We have a big dog and followed each step of protocol she required prior to a long stay. With no follow up between stays, upon a confirmation text of our dog's reservation, she left us hanging. Over the years my dogs have stayed at many dog boarding locations in the area. Central Bark in Rochester is a step above the rest. My dog spent 8 days with Meredith and her team and my dog came home happy and acted is if she’d spent the time with Grandma.
