Natural foods at prices that are at least competitive with a co-op, and often more affordable. They have decent sales each week, and a bunch of extra items on sale this week to celebrate the 70th anniversary. We get everything from breakfast burritos by the dozen to skyr here. I can't eat it because I am allergic to coconut, but they even have coconut milk yogurt. Some wild things to try, if you're interested in trying natural foods that are a little bit different. Pretty much everything that I have checked on, has been very well labeled. Eggs are surprisingly low cost here, especially considering they are cage-free or even organic. Nice that you can get things like a walking tamale that you've never tried before, and just get one. Often, when you shop in the buyers clubs, items come in packages of 10 or 12 and if you don't like it, you're kind of stuck.

This is the best place for variety, quality, freshness, and price. For example, I found Olba's Oil here cheaper than on Amazon. I also priced Matcha and ended up buying that also. Really, I had come here just looking for one item, Black Seed Oil, and I ended up filling a cart! Seriously competitive prices against online and ANYWHERE else in Rochester. Furthermore, locally sustainable business means your politics of helping your neighbors and keeping the "money in the family" are in operation. This place will soon again start up the classes and lessons they offer in the classroom space. They had a new nutrician coach. Try this spot once and you might be hooked. Compare ANY SUPPLEMENTS you buy online to the prices here. I could list more, but you'll see what I mean when you get here.

As I've only ever bought RO water here, I cannot attest to the quality of the rest of the store. But the "pure" RO water they sell is a lie. It's more acidic and hard than my tapwater. If you want pure water, don't waste your money here!

You can tell as soon as you arrive in the store this is a place centered around wellness and values self education. They literally have a place for customers to research their minds and bodies unique needs. Thats right you will be encouraged to read, research and review methods of interest to make choices for yourself. If you need more information they can tell you where to find the best resources unique to solving your own needs through your own choices. The staff collaborates very well when your wellness needs transition across departments in the store so you don't make conflicting or counterproductive decisions you may be unaware of. The pricing of their products is fair and you know what your getting had care taken in how it got on the shelf. Don't expect them to be able to diagnose or fix your problems. What you can expect is a kind and helpful group eager to help you...

Better than the cooperative store in the middle of the city for prices, knowing all the produce is always organic, and the staff are generally nicer and take better care of themselves. That all being said it's still an organic health food grocery store (more $ generally), so you are ether coming because you've done a lot of research and don't trust the chemicals that big agriculture uses on your food, or you're a crazy wacko spacy hippy type, or a fake yogi or buddhist wanna be, or pretending that you have celiac disease, or take colligan (placebo gelatin). Tread with appropriate caution. Otherwise nice and convenient. Produce is very good to excellent 9 out of 10 times. Other organic items are top notch and usually cheaper than the hyvee (and all other health food stores). If you are a Mayo employee, inquire about...
