As a brand new patron to this newly established Mediterranean take on Chipotle, might I say I am extremely excited by the quality of the ingredients and the flavor of the food.

First off, I picked up a bowl consisting of the saffron rice, chicken, kalamata olives, black and pinto beans, roasted red pepper sauce, pickle and sweet corn relish, lettuce, and the cucumber mint sauce on top.

I am absolutely astounded and overjoyed in how the flavors melled together. The mix of the savory and unique spices and seasonings within the ingredients more than overjoyed my taste palette. Nothing is overcooked in any way and nothing is lacking in its individuality as an ingredient while coming together as such a good blend of flavors.

Secondly, the quality of the ingredients is top notch. Having such a good variety of options to put together to make your own unique bowl within the mall is such a wonderful experience. Not often do you find something so unique for a mall food court. Not to mention the inviting aroma that the location has really helps sell the experience.

If you are looking for a place that's going to give you something different than what you've ever experienced within a mall, you should absolutely check this place out.

As I told my fiance as we were ordering food "Don't be surprised if I go a little broke because of my consistent ordering of lunch for work from this fabulous joint!"

How exciting to find an offering in the mall food court that is gluten friendly, filling, and flavorful! Other places might have an option or two but this place has many options and knowledgeable staff.

This is a family owned place focused on Mediterranean fare that is flavorful, customizable, and affordable. They make their own sauces and desserts using family recipes and are excited to share their talents with their customers.

When asked about gluten free options, there was no hesitation in knowing what was naturally gluten free and what was going to carry cross contamination. They allowed me to sample many of the items to decide how I wanted to build my bowl and honestly, it was impossible to figure out what I liked the best; it all carries robust flavors and textures that gluten free people often miss out on because they simply aren't available in restaurant settings. Needless to say, I put everything I could into my bowl and was worth it. Not only for the quality of the food but also because it allowed me to have a meal with my son instead of just watching him eat.

Tonight we brought our adult son (a foodie) here after reading the reviews and hearing about this place. I wasn’t sure if I’d know what to order or understand how it works, but we still ventured to the mall (yes, the mall) and found a new favorite in town. We were treated so well by the people behind the counter. They asked if it was our first time and after hearing it was, they offered us samples and explanations. What a treat! It wasn’t just delicious, it was a place I want to tell all of my friends about. We all had a bowl with the seasoned chicken. We each enjoyed different accompaniments, but the bulgar was my favorite surprise. Delicious. And yes, the fries are outstanding, especially with the sumac sauce on the side.
