Bought tungsten rings in 2015. Went back in July 2025 to check on getting a different size. The saleswoman Barbara looked up my information on her tablet and said I had a lifetime warranty. She explained my ring had been discontinued so I could get something of equal value and only pay for the new warranty. I went in the next day and spoke with a different saleswoman, explained what's going on and she had to get guidance from Barbara on how to order it. Was told again, lifetime warranty and only had to pay for new warranty plan. My ring came in and went to pick it up and was informed then, that I only had a 3 year replacement plan. I was very upset. The manager gave me the "sorry, can't help you" I called customer service and they said the same thing about lifetime warranty, even after she looked up all my account information. The agent called the store and then learned I only had a 3 year replacement plan. I got another "sorry, we can't help." My fiance and I went in to look and when we told the employee our budget she felt the need to look at her co worker and say "we laugh at budgets like that". It took everything I had not to flip out in the store! How rude! I curious to know what the employees there make that they feel like they r so much better than the customers who are choosing to come the this jewelry store! I live almost an hour away for the Rock Hill store, with stores that are a lot closer, but Ben makes the drive well worth it.
