First of all the service I received was excellent! The girl that was helping me and some friends was super helpful and informative. She was so sweet and patient with us as we picked out our jewelry. However, the weld on my chain broke within the first 24 hours of having it on. Unfortunately I was staying on a farm at the time that it broke so I couldn’t find it anywhere. The girl helping us had mentioned that if we were too rough on it, there was a possibility of it breaking but I wasn’t doing any work or being rough. Also my chain was so small and dainty I couldn’t feel it fall off. I chalked it up to me being careless with my bracelet until one of my friends with a very similar chain texted and said her weld also broke within 24 and she wasn’t rough at all. She was lucky enough to have found hers so she can get it re-welded but I found it suspicious that both of ours broke within the first 24 hours. Bookings were easy and they offered weekend appointments which is great for those that work during the weekdays. Our appointments were able to get started right away when we arrived.
