Showmars Rock Hill Galleria Mall — Restaurant in Rock Hill

My experience here was horrible! So upon arrival with in the malls food court I seen showmanship and had always wanted to try it. So a good Ole Greek gyro sounded good at the time being. My wife and I get up to the counter and we're amazed of the young rude service they had portrayed upon us on arrival. So I continue to order the $18.00 gyro plate and continue on with the service anyhow even though I was presented with a what do you want at there counter. Once I've got my meal I headed over to the condiments so I could grab ketchup, napkins, spoon for my chili side and etc. There condiments were slim to none picking. Once again I'm headed back to thr counter to deal with another young rude child behind the counter with a nasty attitude. I got what I needed and informed them with the situation at thr condiments area. Well once I get home I've realized my gyro looks nothing like the photo advertised or anything... It had bo lettuce, tomatoe, sauce nothing. It was the meat placed on one side of the trey and my French fries on the other side of the trey. It had a paper divider on too those with my pits bread laying on top. I was so ill once seeing I had to make my own 20 dollar gyro and was displayed as portrayed and advertised either. I am not sure that I will be giving this location any more of my business. I love Showmars and the food, the gyros are amazing! However this location is the worst one I have ever been to! You are lucky if you can get anyone to answer the phone when you call, and I don't call during the busy times. When you call in your order and ask for extra pita sauce on the phone, it is NEVER in the bag, then when you ask about it, after you have been burned on more than one occasion you get a girl with attitude who sucks her teeth at you. My husband went in the time before last and asked to be sure the extra pita sauce was in the bag and the girl throws it in the bag and says "I'm so tired if this $#*#"! So inappropriate! This time I went in to pick up my food I walked in and up to the counter, 2 girls standing at the counter having a conversation with the girls on the grill, neither one of them acknowledged that I was there. I stood there for more than 2 min waiting for someone to ask me if they could help me. Honestly where has customer service gone? Then once she did finally speak it was so quite I could barely hear her! I am just done with this location,...

I’m shocked this one of my favorite places to eat. I placed order ask not to tie my bag get there order ready. Got home food wet from bag being tied. Food was wet and I was very disappointed! Called I advise mgr I couldn’t come back due to I was working. She stated she would replace meal. Called to get it replaced she said I would need to bring food in from day before. I did advise food was thrown away. She could only offer 15% discount. Which in two day I paid 50 bucks!! This customer service was not good at all!! Do better showmars!!
