Casa Del Agave Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Rock Hill

This is my 2nd visit and although the fajitas were good on both occasions, the waitress was horrible. I expected to beans(refried/mashed type beans) like my last visit and at any other Mexican restaurant I've been to but instead I was served cold beans over cold rice . I spoke with the about and she said sorry to bother issues and that my meal came with rice over beans instead of refried. She only checked on us 3x, the only napkins provided were the napkins the silverware was in and it was 3 of us. Also I drank my first beer, requested another after she came near us twice due to another table in her area and she still didn't bring my beer but stood near the bar, so I got her attention and to her to cancel then she stated " it was already put in" and still didn't bring it to me. Last but not least, when she brought the beer over she brought the tab, yet we had plenty of food on the table not one time did offer boxes smh. Ok i would like to start by saying i hardly ever say negative things in reviews . Saying that i must say this place gave me the worst service ever. I like sitting at the bar. Come to find out after being set at the bar as requested, it was no ones section. After flagging down someone several times i finally got a beverage. This was 20 minutes after being setted. I tried to order food and flagged down someone yet again. So the manager walks by and i stated this is honestly the worst service ever. Without missing a beat he replyied i can cash you out and let you go find better service else where. Not hey lets set you where you will served better , nooe , hey im sorry lets get that order in , . We found this place on accident and I am so happy we did! Initially we set out to go to a different restaurant on a Friday evening, but the wait time was too long there. We saw Casa Del Agave across the street and decided to give it a try. The whole staff was very friendly; they all take the time to greet whoever walks in. The menu was expansive and the food was INCREDIBLE. Genuinely some of the best steak I’ve ever had in a Mexican dish. The service was very fast and thorough and the prices were very fair.
