After the customer ahead of me was given poor service by a rude employee I experienced the same bad attitude and poor work ethic.

I was the only person in line and simply ordered a pretzel with no salt, sauce and a drink. After 10 plus minutes of waiting I was handed a heavily salted pretzel and a few minutes later the cheese because she was to busy on her phone to realize they had run out. After receiving the last of my order I said thank you, as any polite person would do only to be a knowledged with a glare and for her to turn away. I did not return the order because I did not have time to wait for 15 more minutes.

This store has the perfect snack options for a decent price, but we will not be doing return business...

On short notice, I asked the sweet people at The Cookie Store to make me a birthday cookie cake. I drove 1.5 hours for this, and I do every year and every year it is worth it. my idea was a very specific inside joke to make my boyfriend laugh. Donna made my cake, and she nailed it! I was suppose to give this review months ago but kept forgetting. one thing I’ll never forget is how kind Donna and her coworkers were to me and how accommodating. plus it was delicious, as it always is! I’ll keep coming back and praying they stay...

I used to work at this location. Cookies are frozen. Pretzels are home made and then frozen. Sheet pans are not cleaned so everything is baked on old dirty trays. Dishes are washed and then sanitized in bleach. Not correctly washed and sanitized. The milkshakes are made without ice cream. Tea is sometimes left for days after being made. Brownies are made days before and left wrapped in a bag with holes in it.

I am surprised that this place is even still open with how David and Donna...
