The most incompetent employee assisted me today... my total was $17.14 before receiving $1.00 off an item with a digitalcoupon. I also had a coupon for $10 off my next purchase but he stated I couldn't use it or the $10 in rewards because I received $1 off. I informed him that I wasn't going to pay an additional $10 when I clearly had $10 off... another employee interrupted informing him that I could indeed use my rewards and get the reward for next week. He then stated he had to void my items and ring them up again... only to tell me the same thing! I told the guy to keep it all, I no longer wanted any of it and walked away. I had a great experience at Walgreens thanks to an amazing employee named Elias! I came in last minute looking for cleaning alcohol and was in a bit of a rush. I would just like to say how pleasant Dorothy is at the Main St location. I work for a beverage distributor so I am in and out of a-lot of stores and deal with many employees at all levels.
