Amazing experience. It’s Christmas and funds were low. I called to see if they could help me make a starter Pokémon deck for my 9 year old son. The only shop in RH that I know of open before 12. The lady was not only incredibly knowledgeable over the phone she didn’t judge my lack of knowledge and told me she wouldn’t even charge me for certain cards. When I got there I explained I had a really tight budget the lady sold me her own handmade deck of over 60 cards for only $10. They were sweet, friendly and offered to help my son and I learn to play. I left with 2 decks and a starter pack for $10. If you are a parent on a budget I would highly recommend...

I called in to see if they bought graded cards. The lady said yes, told me to hold and then came back and stated that they would only give me $40 because they would want to re-crack the already graded card to be graded if this is not a scam of a lifetime, I don’t know what is, they attempted to take already a $300 card and it wasn’t good enough for these folks. This is the new scheme of age. Very immoral company very predatory And highly would not recommend they will attempt to run your pockets and rob you, I left you guys a message.
