Subway — Restaurant in Rock Hill

My 15 year old worked under the manager Missy. Missy is very rude, nasty and unprofessional to customers and employees.

On Saturday September 16 when I picked my daughter up from work at 7 pm she came out crying stating that Missy left the store with 2 fifteen year olds and a older new employee. She called back and told them to have the store closed by 7 pm. When Missy came back to the store at 6:49 the store had many customers inside waiting on orders. Missy came behind the counter giving orders rudely snatching orders from the employees and talking to them rudely in front of customers like they were scum underneath her shoe. Missy even took it upon herself to throw food around and when a customer asked my daughter why was she throwing food my daughter turned to ask Missy and she basically fired her in front of all the customers because she asked why was she throwing food.

As I was entering the store a group of ladies was walking out looking concerned and asked if I was the mother because the manager is being rude and just fired my child in front of everyone. I went in and asked Missy what was the problem because I have the right to know what's going on with my child she rudely told me that she was done and to get out of her store. I asked her for her last name her supervisor name and corporates phone number and she REFUSED. As I'm talking to her an employee was behind the counter without any shoes on and shorts on. There are so many complaints from other fifteen-year-olds who have worked for Missy she does not need to be managing anybody with that type...

I ordered ahead through the app at 12:20 to be ready at 12:40, I only get a 30 minute break hence why I ordered ahead.

I would not order ahead here around the lunch rush and expect to make it back to work in time. I arrived at 12:40 and my order was not ready and no one even knew a pick up order had been placed. I spent my entire break driving and waiting on my food.

Once they were done making my sandwich I had to then confirm with them my order- no big deal- and they didn't even look at it to know I made it a meal with cookies. I also had to wait on the tea which was empty.

The food was fine and the tea was sweet, people were cordial but I wouldn't come here again at normal lunch rush and expect them to be proactive and on top of things. In my opinion there were plenty of employees who could have made the service quicker but...

Placed an online order for pickup at 6:40, 2 sandwhiches. Normally would not bother me as I understand staff shortages etc., but employees were literally standing around talking. Store was not busy, just us an one other online pickup. They were not ready until after 7pm. They also packed the wrong sub entirely. Both subs were lacking both meat and toppings. A foot long should have more than 2 pieces pepperoni and 2 pieces salami. Both subs were drowned in mayo and mustard. Even though staff said they were out of mayo. Paid extra for avacado that was not there since we were given the wrong sub. I hope whomever had our sub was able to at least enjoy it, because these two were horrible. I reached out but have not heard back, go figure. This store will be on our do not visit list...
