I just went in this store today simply for a fitting, and the staff went above and beyond my expectations with their help and patience. I was sized but due to the hit or miss nature of the sizes and styles, none of the bras that I tried on fit right. However, Becky was extremely helpful and helped me to find the correct size. She also gave all kinds of suggestions and advice on what kind of fit to try and what type would be best for me. Since my size was quite uncommon and wasn’t as in demand as others, there were not many options in store. Despite this, Becky and the cashier who rang up my other purchases helped to find the right style and fit online. I was able to order the correct bras on their website very easily and could pay right there in the store. When we got here we were just browsing. When we walked in, the store looked impeccable, the vibes and music were immaculate, and the employees in the store were so helpful and nice. Alex in particular stood out to us! She not only complimented and made my girlfriend feel very beautiful, but she was very helpful and attentive to us. At one point my bag ripped and she immediately offered us a bag to replace it. She made us feel welcome and we spent a lot more time in the store because of her and your other employees. Great job hiring and training her, and great job to Alex for exhibiting such amazing customer service skills. Very well done...

I walked in and this GUY that worked there started making comments on the bags I was holding bec the alarm went off and I proved it was from a tag from a separate store and then he continued talking to his other coworkers.. besides that I felt really invaded and uncomfortable since it’s a women’s clothing and laundrey store which wouldn’t make sense to have full grown men working there. Let alone any men. Would it make sense for a guy to work at a Victoria Secret? No. I didn’t enjoy my experience.. and I love shopping at Aerie. I didn’t buy anything from them today...
