JCPenney — Local services in Rockaway Township

How do I start this review, I know, first thing have I told you "I HATE MALLS" they are a Waste Of Space. Ok now with that said let's talk about what just happened. Wife and I were at the mall doing a little bit of shopping. Then I said want to do some research for our new washer and dryer set. Wife said yes now we have Sears, Best Buy and JCPenney to choose from.

We go into JCPENNEY and saw a set that "WE" is really "SHE" likes. Wife got staff attention to come over. Wife ask some questions to Daniel, about the difference in the washers. Daniel, answered all her questions. Wife asked about delivery cost also asked about floor models. My youngest sister told us you can get a deal on the floor model and the same protection as a warehouse one.

Daniel, did a excellent job of not selling or over selling parts and service contracts. I ask my wife are we going to any of the other stores she said no. Why cause JCPENNEY has just what "SHE" wanted. Wife called Daniel, back and told him we will take the LG set. Now when I tell you we got a sweet deal I mean we damn near stole the set. Daniel, asked if we needed hoses and cords which I said sure why not new washer new hoses cause I'm fancy like that. Really I had to do that just to seem like I had any say in the decision.

As we were being rung up we had friendly convo about Apple vs Google. A little geek talk is never a bad thing. I will return to the Penney to buy a few small appliances cause my shopping experience was...

Good selection of items, but I have never been in a store that so desperately did NOT want your money like this one. After finding what I wanted, I had to search several sections to find any worker, much less a cashier. Finally found one in the jewelry department checking out people...But, after waiting a few minutes, she looked at me and told me to check out somewhere else. Okay, rude, but whatever. I ask where to go. No answer.

Resume wandering, found a checkout near the furthest exit with two cashiers and a line halfway to the door. Okay, sure. Wait a good five minutes with the line not moving and incredibly disgruntled customers ahead of me. Figuring I stumbled into purgatory, I went to look elsewhere.

Finally, on the other side of the store...Three cashiers! Line of two people! Salvation!

Except two of those cashiers were shopping online, ignoring the growing queue, and absolutely ignoring their belabored and very apologetic co-worker checking us out. One of the most surreal retail experiences I've had. First time I ever considered shop lifting, or at least throwing money on a counter somewhere and moving on. Probably should have just taken photos of the stuff I intended to buy and go online.

And I feel it necessary to point out that Amazon has no problem taking your money. Just, you know, just an obvious point to improve upon as it relates to one of your greatest...

Hello, everyone this is doll in a restaurant, but this time I went yesterday to look for the fist for my fiance, stepfather, and a friend of my fiance as he and his beautiful family were the one that was go to attend the party. For I was looking to 3 different stile, so I try to find the one that stay you co fortable with thus hot summer. And I have notice something, I though my spend was go to be around more then $200, but it didn't went even clouse to that. My spend was around $160 with all I got for this wontherfor father's. So my conclusion is, if you have a JCpenney card, I do recommend save the discount card that day send in avery month occasion to your mail box because only in special occasion is the only way for you to save more then $200. Well this was all, I can said more about jcpenney but for now this is my recommendations, maybe alot of you already know that, but is better said it then not giving good when we have the chance to do it.
