My boyfriend got me a ring and a bracelet from this location along with the warranty for both items. We went back to the store for the ring because some of the crystals had fallen out and they told us that they would call us back in 2 weeks when it was replaced. We went back one month after and Jill took us and was being ridiculously rude. She stated that they had sent an email to my boyfriend saying that the ring had been fixed and he checked his spam and everything and nothing had been sent. After all that happened we looked at the ring and the same crystals were still broken. So on top of all the wait the ring was going to be given to us without even being fixed! We went back today because my bracelet broke and they said that they didn’t replace that no matter if you had the warranty, keep in mind the workers never went over the rules for the warranty so we had no idea. I said I wanted to return a necklace and she grabbed the bag out of my hand, she didn’t even go to the counter. She took out the necklace and inspected it and asked why I am returning it, and I said it didn’t match my vibe and it was a gift, and she scoffed. I don’t know if she was already assuming that I can’t return it? That was a weird experience alone. Then she said that my credit card was not the correct one, so I go and find my husband to see if he had a card with the numbers on it. But it was the correct card, And I had the bank statement on the card that it’s the same credit card we used. And she kept repeating that I need the card with the same numbers and she cannot help me. And I said “I understand, but this is the card we used”. Eventually another lady was so kind and came to help us. Have the box and receipt and everything but she claimed because I don’t have a barcode on the back of the box— excuse me, when I purchased it, that’s how it was sold to me. How can I have that?
