Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Rockaway Township

This place is very beautiful and nice!!!! It is very very large and has loads of stuff! My eldest daughter wants the entire store!!!! The check out for pink is in the Victoria's Secret section so the line can get very long and that makes it kind of a chore to check out. At least in Pink they have nice fitting Rooms!!! In them they have large mirrors and "yes, no, maybe" hooks which are very helpful! The staff are always willing to help out and can be very useful! Everyone is kinda nice!!! The clothes are very high quality too!!!! My daughter absolutely loves this place and gets all her bras here. So so so very glad this store is in the mall. Pink is so pleasant and if I could I would work here! Only downside is they need people to keep track of the fitting rooms more often. People go in together. They really should NOT let people go in with each other because that is WRONG and DISGUSTING. This can not become a habit!!! ALSO don't put the underwear and bras near the front because boys can be attracted to that! We don't want them coming in here to stare at mannequin breasts...

I had a very upsetting experience at this store on May 10, 2025. One of the employees, Isabelle, wrongly accused me and my 7-year-old son of stealing the store’s iPad. I told her multiple times that the iPad belonged to my son and that he was clearly playing a game on it when she confronted us. Despite that, she continued to accuse us in front of other customers. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable especially toward a child. My son was visibly upset and confused, and the whole situation was extremely distressing for both of us. I take this matter very seriously and will be pursuing legal action due to the emotional harm and public embarrassment caused. No customer should be treated this way, especially without any evidence. Beware of things they claim to be on sale. These people try to trick you to buy two things by putting two separate items as one in same hanger. PJs top and bottoms are put in the same hanger (same color same pattern same size) making it seem like you’re buying a set but when you go to the cashier and pay, they scan two items. Price of the set you thought you’re supposedly buying becomes double the price. When I brought the issue up, she understood everything I told her but her attitude was “oh well take it or leave it I don’t care” type of attitude. Awful.
