Fuego — Local services in Rockford Township

Wow were the first words out of my husbands mouth. We tried each flavor of empanadas (chicken, beef, ham&cheese, tomato basil) These are absolutely delicious and I promise you will eat every bite. We also had an order of their potatoes which were also fabulous but I wish they had more sauce! The food is filling and they don’t skimp on portions. On top of all of this wonderful food you get FANTASTIC customer service which we couldn’t appreciate more. Ask questions because they sure don’t mind! I don’t think I will ever be able to pass up their truck again.

Ps) we even ordered stuff to go home for dinner. They informed us they would air fry well but just not too long so they don’t dry out! We are only going to wait about 4-5 hours so we have our fingers crossed.

Amazing! You can not go wrong with these! We have tried pretty much every flavor and I always come back for more. Let me tell you, the chimmichuri is top notch and the most amazing chimmichuri I have ever had. I ended up getting an 8 oz. container of that as well. The prices are great and the food is excellent. We have had excellent service anytime we have visited. If you haven't tried these, I urge you to. Delicious food and a welcome addition to the Rockford food truck scene! I spent the last two months traveling through Argentina, and let me say, the beef empanadas are better than any I had there! They were dripping with flavor and tasted incredible fresh. I cannot wait to visit the truck again and try the rest of the menu.
