If you want customer service go somewhere else!!! In October 2016 I spent $4,500 on a Viking Range, not a cheap appliance! Shortly after it was delivered I began noticing problems. The fan was making a grinding noise, the temperature seemed to fluctuate tremendously, one batch of baking would overcook and the next batch would barely cook at all. Then the convection oven, the reason I bought it, was completely off. The left side of the pan would be brown and overbaked and the right side barely being baked at all. The whole point of a convection oven is even baking. They sent repairmen out who confirmed all of the problems and said they believed it was beyond their scope, but they could repair the fan (helpful, but not really). They spoke with Viking while they were here and it was suggested maybe I didn't know what I was doing (??? Just sold a restaurant and tea shoppe, did this for a living! Insulting the customer is not awesome...)
I sent an email to our salesperson and the owner expressing my concern and hope for a fair resolution since it wasn't sounding promising when the repairmen left. Not only did I NOT hear from either of them, I received a phone call from "Mike" in the repair shop days later instructing me to call Viking myself and let them deal with it. I said, "Wouldn't it be best if you contacted them since you seem to have a better understanding of all that's wrong with it?" He said, "Nope, you need to call." And that was it. I have been dealing with Viking and not one follow up or acknowledgement from Guler's. As far as I am concerned I purchased this item from them and if it is not a working piece of equipment it is their responsibility to work with me, not pass the buck and ignore....which is what they have done. Hope they have enjoyed my $4,500 because they won't get another penny from me or anyone I can prevent from doing business with them. Common courtesy is free in case they didn't know that....very frustrated! It's January and I still have a Viking stove that mostly doesn't work. Even after Viking was here the items supposedly repaired still do not work and now they are going to put in a new "motherboard" and I am still sitting with a very expensive piece of junk...

Our refrigerator broke one day out of the blue and I went to Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy and Al Grace searching for a replacement. I wasn't sold on any of the major brands; Samsung took up way too much space with the icemakers (and they didn't seem to work well anyway), LG had a quick door in all of theirs that then made them close off the interior of the door so you couldn't access what was in there with the door fully open, others had what appeared to be really cheap parts installed... it was a mess. I started looking online for alternatives and visiting stores in the suburbs attempting to see in real life options I was seeing online. None of the suburb places had what I wanted to see either. Then I happened to notice this tiny store in downtown Rockford called Guler that appeared to HAVE models, in the store, that I had been searching for all over the place. I immediately drove down and was greeted by a sales person who knew a TON about all the companies, models, etc. He gave me pros and cons for different options, gave me pricing on various models I was looking at, etc. I drove home, looked in our kitchen again to ensure what I thought would work would work and called them back to order. They took all my information over the phone, placed the order, and we had a refrigerator about 4 days later. The installation guys also knew what they were doing and were great. Let me share a great experience and spread the word of the amazing company we recently dealt with and highly recommend. A few weeks ago, our dishwasher decided it no longer wanted to be with us. We did what everyone does. We started researching the best brands, looking into the box stores, Costco, etc. What we found is alot of fees, services that aren't given and what not. We thought "let's see if it can just be fixed". Unfortunately, the price to fix it was too high and it didn't make sense to go with that option. So, we're back to having to buy a new one. The amazing repair man recommended Guler Appliance Company, and specifically a salesman named Mitch Johnson. Mitch was so friendly, so helpful, and made the process very painless. We bought the dishwasher and anxiously waited for the delivery day. The installation was so smooth. It was done quickly and professionally by a friendly installer named Alex from Guler. Our experience was SO pleasant that we went back 4 days later to buy a new stove and over the range microwave! Our existing stove and microwave worked fine, they were just white (and about 12 years old) where our new dishwasher was fingerprint resistant stainless steel. Again, Mitch was amazing! The stove and microwave were installed today, and again, the installation team from Guler were fantastic and fast!
