Verizon — Local services in Rockledge

Visited this store on August 8th because my phone was giving a sim error. I went in to see what the problem was and planned on purchasing an upgrade. The young woman told me that the model I had was having issues with the antenna not connecting. Then she said to replace the sim it would be $10 so that’s what she was going to do. I asked her about specials on upgrades and she informed me that I still owe on my current phone so it’s best to just replace the sim because that’s cheaper. I already knew the amount I owed and was willing to pay, but she proceeded to argue with me so I told her to just replace the sim. She came back and replaced the sim. While waiting on her to finish a male associate came out to witness the transaction. As I paid I asked for other Verizon stores in the area. They named a few and I told them I would try one of them to purchase a new phone. He replied,”They’re going to tell you the same thing we did.” I then told him that I have been with Verizon for years and know how it works and I was willing to pay off the amount and purchase a new phone. I don’t believe the young woman was truthful when she went back to get him. My phone gave the same error a few days later on August 11th. Went to see about my iPhone 11 I’ve had for almost a year. It was dropping calls, no one could here me. Just a huge issue. Went to your Rockledge, FL location, very close ! Candi was wonderful and explained all my options. She was extremely knowledgeable and considerate to give me warranty options that may work along with offering options of upgrades too. She did not rush me and was also very helpful and kind to others who walked in while she was helping me. She made me feel so comfortable, I bought it all. New iPhone 12, new case , new pop it for the back, new cleaning cloth , new cube for charging. (iPhone thing) and for the first time added the protection plan, because my experience was excellent! It’s been a long long time since I was treated by Anyone in Verizon like this. , including large and small stores and over the phone. . I’ve been with Verizon for over 20 years. I'd really like to give them no stars. Not the store to go to, go to the corporate store on 192. I went here in Jan 2016 to get a new ph. The talked me into taking a "free table" . It ended up costing me $50 a month and then I had to pay $300 for it. I really got taken. Just today I thought I would give my wife a new google pixel for Christmas so I checked MY Verizon to upgrade. This store on Murrell Rd has changed the service on my wife's 5 year old flip phone. I didn't know it but I have been paying for the phone she got for free many years ago and they want me to pay $104 on top of the new phone price to upgrade.
