I just had one of the worst experiences of my life. I’m a single mom of two kids, One is four month old, the other 2 year-old, I’ve never been to tropical smoothie before, This was my only day off, I work 12 hour days, six days a week, I wanted to enjoy the day and started it off with a smoothie for me and my daughter, everything was fine. I bought her and I smoothies. Which tbh were very basic seemed more like an icee, We walked to the car. I ended up accidentally spilling my smoothie all over the car while putting my four month old in the car seat and then on top of that my daughter dropped her smoothie all over her in the car seat so I immediately walked back in to ask if it was possible if the smoothies can be re made, I called out Excuse me several times trying to get the two employees in the back attention, after they already made eye contact with me several times, the general manager Howie was super rude to me, along with the other employee Cherish, I had walked in and was the only customer at the time in the order line, when I wanted the drinks remade, shortly after however, a group more of people came in, the employees seemed very stressed out and rushing although there were not many customers and were taking out their frustration on me, telling me we are busy, as if that gives them the right to be rude and not treat me as a paying customer or human being, Giving me a hard time they finally remade my drinks and my drinks came out. They looked like water not a smoothie. So I asked again if they could remake the drinks I paid $20 for two drinks like I said I’m a single mom. I work hard for my money. When I asked the got super annoyed telling me it’s my fault I dropped the drinks, we didn’t have to remake them, and walked off, eventually after trying to get their attention again, I asked if I could get my money back, they refused, mind you my daughter and I didn’t even get to drink the drinks because they spilled, I’ve never went to an establishment before where they were so rude and so not compassionate for a single mother, I didn’t mention, I have one leg as well, I am handicap, accidents happen, I dropped my drink while trying to carry my BABY, No compassion or sympathy whatsoever, and on top of that all of the customers in the store because of the way that the general manager Howie was responding to me when I wanted to get the drinks remade assumed that I was the one being rude, all the customers walked in mid this happening and based off his response towards me, all the customers were ganging up on me, telling me I’m rude, annoying, cursing me, I felt like I was in the twilight zone, I have never experienced such a thing, not only the employees were rude, but the customers feed off the rudeness not being there for the whole situation and were egging on the rudeness by defending them, to the point that I was in the store crying it was the most embarrassing experience of my life, and I will never go back to a tropical smoothie ever again I just feel like dying and my day with my children had been ruined,

On top of the situation that occurred, I wrote the top part of the review the day of the incident, this part I am writing now is the next day, I attached a photo with a message from the rude General Manager harassing me for going to corporate, with a backhanded...
Read moreI love tropical smoothie, and although this location is clean- which is obviously a huge deal, the quality of smoothies, customer service, and the overall experience is really hit or miss, which is disappointing, because I'd like to see them do well every time! I always order the exact same smoothie every time, no matter which location I'm at, it's my favorite, so I know what it tastes like. I've visited this location at least 10 times in the last year, and about 50% of the time my smoothie tastes as it should, and the other half of the time it tastes "off"... either watery, or the consistency is just weird, or something is missing. Some visits you'll get your yummy smoothie, order from a friendly, smiling employee, wait the reasonable amount of time, and be happily on your way. Other times I've waited behind 1 or 2 customers, ordered, and waited a ridiculously long time, only to get my bland smoothie from a employee who clearly doesn't care. I think that the owners must care, because the place is clean, and they have done good employees, but I'd bet with better supervision by management during other times, they could have a really great location with consistently...
Read moreOrdered a lean machine smoothie and three cheese chicken quesadilla both were pretty good! However the place is so dirty!! Tables are all stained with what looks like glue an paper 🤷🏻♀️ an half of them had crumbs on the tables an seats I took some napkins and wiped a few of them off I hate dirty tables at restaurants plus there was 2 people there at 11:00 on Easter morning (Not Busy).Then I go to the bathroom to wash my hands before I leave and the woman’s bathroom was gross the sink was black! Looks like it’s never been cleaned! I didn’t even attempt to use to restroom for anything else oh a the water was drips of water when turned on full blast! I had a bad experience here in the past but only went to this location cause the Viera one was closed for Easter. Oh yeah the floors were sticky also lol maybe a deep clean would be a good start.. or just clean. Employees didn’t look happy but can’t blame them working on a holiday the girl that took my order was fine I guess wasn’t rude but again I wouldn’t want to work on a holiday like Easter soo that’s all. Don’t think I’ll go back unless my Viera store is closed for a holiday or some other reason....
