ALDI — Local services in Rockledge

I'm giving them 3 stars because this 1 bad experience was unusual for them, I feel. I love Aldi due to the prices and usually have great customer service. Today however I noticed their grocery line belts (that rotate where you put your groceries on) were very filthy. I went at 1130am. I noticed not just mine was this way but all the belts not in use were also this way, caked on food etc. Very gross, it felt gross having to put my items on it. I tried to bring it up to the cashier in as friendly a manner as I could, with a smile. But her response wasn't to clean it, no she retorted in a snarky manner that they, "clean them every day but they just get this dirty." There is just no way that they all could become this soiled AND food dry on in just a couple hours of being open, and not even all registers being used. I'm sorry but there is just no way. She should be written up or at very minimum corrected by the manager. But, I won't give any names here bc I have a tough job sometimes too and I know how it is. Very good store to find affordable food and other household items at. Very clean. Shelves are stocked. Produce is fresh. Bread is sometimes a little low on quantity. But quality is a ok. Eggs and milk are normally pretty stocked and has awhile before sell by date. Meats are all good quality and if u ask me...delicious. Lots of frozen foods. Usually stocked well. I've been in this store many times. I have no problems with it. Great prices. Great variety. Great smiles on the employees faces. Friendly. The location is good. Parking at times just like most popular grocery stores is sometimes busy. But in no way bad. And I would give the place 5 stars but on several occasions the lines to checkout are longer than I would like. Employees do check you out fast. And are nice. I would recommend this store to anyone who is on budget and/or likes value. You can feed big families and it doesnt feel like your bank account is...

Very nice store, convenient location, friendly staff. First time I have been to this location. It is in a fairly new shopping center with lots of parking. As with any Aldi bring a quarter if you want to use a shopping cart and bring your own bags or be prepared to pay for some to put your purchased items in. Aldi has many food items and really good prices and other items beside groceries. I had purchased a storage container on a previous visit at another Aldi and wanted to buy another one in a different color that this store confirmed that they had. The store was clean and the aisles were wider than other Aldi I have visited. Very nice. The staff was very friendly. Although they did only have 1 checkout aisle open when I first walked up they opened a second one to accommodate the extra people...
