We had an emergency this Friday afternoon and didn't think we would be able to get the materials we needed to have an electrician get the problem fixed. The branch manager, Chris, went above and beyond and he completely saved the day!

Not only was able to get all the material we needed in such sort notice, it was for a great price, never made us feel like we were a bother with all we needed on such sort notice and even PERSONALLY DROVE US THE SUPPLIES!! Talk about customer service!!

We will certainly use him and his location for any supply needs we have in the future and plan to tell everyone how amazing the experience was!

So slow had order totally incorrect and didn't have any connectors and didn't call me to let me know after I told them I really needed them. Also didn't retain the PO I had issued when placing the order so I had to waste even more time tracking that down. A total waste.
