I’ve used PJ at this place for almost 5 years. I did acrylics until I had a bone infection and had a biopsy. That was from me biting my nails. Never had acrylics again. My finger is very sensitive. I still went in for pedicure and waxing. I spent with tip over 100.00. I didn’t get pedicures very often. Real life gets in the way. Apparently, they don’t understand that. I walked in a couple of weeks ago. I just wanted eyebrows waxed b4 cataract surgery. PJ was always who I went to. I walked in said,” Hi PJ.” No response. No greeting to my arrival. Does say walk ins welcome on door. She finally acknowledged me. I said I need a facial wax. She told me she’s book. You need appointment. For a wax??!! Usually, if they have a client in chair, they will stop at a point that works for them and wax the person and go back to that person. I was not asked to please wait and I’ll help you or offered someone else to do it. After she did my wax I was going to book my 100.00 pedicure. I walked out!!! I guess I’m not a special client anymore, since I’m only getting pedicures randomly. I thought PJ is that the kind of person you want to be ??!! Oh I did get my eyebrows waxed that day by a professional. And my pedicure...

I walked into the shop at 4:46 PM and stood at the front desk without any acknowledgment from the staff. Eventually, the frontman asked what I needed. I replied that I would like a pedicure. He then said, "We're not doing any more pedicures." I noticed only one person was waiting ahead of me, so I told him I could wait since I wasn’t in a hurry. The gentleman responded, "We're not doing pedicures." I thanked him and left. I found his demeanor to be very rude and dismissive, which made me wonder if it was because I am Black.

I am actually sitting and having my feet dry right now. I haven't been here in a long time and I'm glad that I came back! I just had a relaxing pedicure with Lindsay. She was very gentle with everything that she did. It's also very nice that I can understand everyone in the building. It's very clean and I love the picture on the wall in front of the pedicure chairs. The place is very clean and doesn't smell of chemical either. The colors are calming and the seats are comfortable. Also the music is nice and not loud... Accommodating to all ages. I will be coming back to this location and will recommend this to my friends.
