I went to shop local in downtown this week, and I knew this store had jellycats (stuffed animals) that I was going to purchase for my friend. I was in the shop for about 10 minutes, no one ever came out from the back or was attentive. I decided it wasn’t worth it and put the item back and left. I had gone to another store and gotten into my car and one of the workers ran up to my car to accuse me of stealing… never in my life have I been treated that way. They said “we have you on camera”. Putting the item back? Right. Next time check your cameras first before tracking me down in the downtown and accusing please! Honestly everything at this store is overpriced. It would save you the public embarrassment to just get your items online.
