Trader Joe's — Local services in Rockville

I often go to the Federal Plaza store, and I'm so happy they opened a new one in Rockville Town Center. I visited the new store on a Saturday afternoon, and it was really busy. I love the shopping atmosphere at TJ's; the staff are always warm and friendly, and chatting with them always brightens my day. Lately, I've been really enjoying TJ's English Muffins. They get super crispy and fluffy when I toast them in the oven or air fryer in the morning, and I can fill them with anything I like. Their no-added-sugar chocolate chips are also delicious, with a rich cocoa aroma. I hope the Dubai Chocolate comes back...

I was sad to see Dawson’s Market go, but I’m happy that TRADER JOE’S has opened in its place.

I visited just before 9:00 on opening day and was given a reusable bag and a bottle of water. Due to an electrical issue, we were asked to leave around 10:20, and I heard the store finally opened at 1:00 PM.

The store is spacious and offers a pleasant shopping experience.

Please note: when exiting the parking lot onto N Washington St., left turns are not allowed. Please follow the traffic rules — the lot is already crowded, and breaking the rules only causes trouble...

Meh… ✅ Well stocked. Yes, well stocked of the few products they carry. MAKE SURE TO CHECK ❌ THE EXPIRATION DATE, as most products expire within a day or two; ❌ a few other products on the shelf, have been expired for a few days. ❌ Produce is not fresh, at times not edible. ✅ Store Clean ❌✅ Courteous Employees - They just stare at customers.
