I always come here to wash and it's very good, I like the place because it's clean and everything's very good but with the lady who works at night there have been two times when she has been pedantic, for example 1) I had problems with the washing of two machines and I asked her for help and she always answers aggressively and her only response was that she couldn't do anything and that I should call the owner and I told her why would she have to call the owner if she works here. 2) The other time was that the toilet was clogged and my 11 year old son went to the bathroom to urinate and went to tell her that the toilet was clogged because the water wouldn't turn off, then she started to tell him that he had clogged it and he answered her, then my husband and I heard that two other clients came to tell her that the toilet was clogged and my son was passing by them so she pointed at my son and told the clients that my son had clogged it and that she couldn't do anything. First of all, she doesn't have to go around telling customers that my son supposedly covered up and she doesn't have to go around pointing it out. And in the same way, I think that she has no professional ethics and needs to learn how to deal with customers. I wanted to quickly wash clothes and all the house comforters so I decided to go to a laundry mat. Found this location with good reviews so decided to try it out.

This was an absolute win. Very clean, friendly attentive staff, accept cash and credit, right beside a convenience store (in addition a very popular food truck) and attracts respectful customers.

Atmosphere I know you can't control who comes to your business however some laundry mats seem to attract a very undesirable crowd which makes the time you're waiting very unpleasant. Fellow customers at this location were to themselves and moved quickly, in and out. No loud talking or hanging around socializing.

Parking Don't let the parking lot fool you, most of those cares are going to the food truck. Its parking in the back and both sides.

Availability There are a lot of open machines. I got 7 different sized machines immediately in the same area. It was amazing I was able to spread my loads so I could do a deeper cleaning.

Our Dryer recently died, the part I ordered won’t be available for a bit, I guess it’s a Covid supply chain issue. Today I loaded two large contractor clean up bags and headed over. I figured I would spend my whole day trying to claim 1 to 2 machines. Not at all. I grabbed two carts at the entrance and wheeled the bags into the laundromat. The trash bags were probably a give away, I’m a rookie. I was greeted with a friendly ‘Hello’. I explained, the last time I was at a laundromat, the machine took quarters. The lady who greeted me helped me get started, she said grab this bank of machines (5) load up and I’ll teach you how it use their laundry card machine. Enough said… if you need a laundromat this place is fantastic. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. The whole time I was there, the assistant, concierge, or whatever her title is… She was friendly to everyone, greeting everyone she made eye contact with a warm HI! If she wasn’t saying hello, she was gathering carts, cleaning, showing customers how things work or dealing with “drop off” customers. She’s a total pro, it’s a great place!
