Great crispy pork belly! It isn't easy to get a good one in my area but I found it now. Perfect cooking, texture and flavorful. The pork was so crispy and tender as the same time, balance layers between skin, fat and meat part. I also had a well-known Vietnamese dish like grilled beef with rice : it was delicious, plus another bonus they served small soup bowl together, too. That was nice.

My appetizer was special spring rolls with crab meat ; overall it was nice flavor and a cup of smoothies avocado for my drink, it tasted smooth creamy and quite sweet. It is interesting one, I like it anyway.

As for the service, everything was nice, staffs were polite, friendly and helpful. Food came quickly even though it was crowds at that time.

I think Hello Vietnam! Restaurant just has been opened recently at Twinbrook Center in Rockville, MD. Their dining room is spacious and comfortable. Convenient parking lots and location. Their menu is so variety type of Vietnamese food from Pho, Grilled, Rice, Vermicelli and Sandwich with many selection of drinks.

PS. Another thing that I am interested, their menu has item is called Bun Cha Ha Noi. (House Special Menu) that is locally served vermicelli rice noodle separates from soup and meat bowl. I never seen this in many Vietnamese Restaurants that I have eaten in the US. I recognized this dish when I went to visit Hanoi, Vietnam about 10 years ago and it was authentic and tasted very good. My mom & I went here for the first time today. We ordered our food and asked to keep a menu to order to go. Chopsticks, utensils and cups were thrown in a basket for us to grab ourselves. Not even wrapped in a napkin or any kind of wooden chopsticks or disposable soup spoons. We didn’t get any straws to drink from the cups. We ordered bun bo hue & pho. Broth was bland, the bun bo hue broth tasted like they had put some type of soup base or flavoring in it. Unfortunately there was also a skimpy amount of meat as well. None of the servers bothered to come check on us or even ask how everything was. We didn’t end up ordering takeout due to lack of service. The servers didn't seem attentive at all. I don’t know if Sundays are usually like this but I had high hopes due to most of the positive reviews. Honestly would rather drive a bit further & eat at Eden in falls church Virginia.
