Metro Maintenance — Local services in Rocky Mount

I went to bed on July 3rd, and left my air conditioner on 74 and the following morning, I woke up extremely hot instead of always being cold. I came in the living room and my air conditioner setting was on 74 but the room temperature was 81. It was obvious that my air conditioner was not working properly. The temperature outside was supposed to feel like 101 at 12:00 Noon on July 4th and being on a holiday, I figured it would be impossible to get someone to come out and fix my air conditioner, but God got Mr Ronnie from Metro Maintenance and his son to come and fix it . I am handicap and suffer with asthma as well. Mr Ronnie truly shows his dedication, loyalty and strong work ethic to his customers and a wonderful excellent representation of Metro Maintenance. I been with Metro Maintenance a very long time and have not once been disappointed. I am handicapped and none of my family or friends have accommodations for me. I personally and professionally love Metro Maint. I discovered them when I was having problems with my HVAC in Whitakers. And what's amazing, everyone (neighbors) that I asked about service didn't recommend anyone. I found Metro "2009" and they sent (David Manning) and he worked on the unit for about five days. My mother was in her mid 80's and was living alone. Whenever something has gone wrong she always inquired about David because he made her feel safe and secure. And not only that, he completed installing a new HVAC system 4 yrs later based solely on mom's decision of "TRUST". Subsequently Mom has passed on and I still direct as much business in their direction based upon past practice and experience (14 yrs). These guys could not have been any nicer or efficient. I’ve been dealing with what I was told was a major plumbing issue for a month. I felt like it was a simple issue of a clogged pipe, but was told otherwise. Thank goodness the situation became to dire to wait for the initial plumber to work me into his schedule.

Metro Maintenance came within a day of my call. The techs listened to me and went straight to the clean-out which was indeed clogged, the catalyst being roots. By double checking the flow of the pipe once clean, they found where the roots had done damage to the pipe as well, which is a pretty easy fix. I’m so appreciative of the job MM did, the professional manner. They listened to what I said was the issue and went from there… this might not seem like much, but when you’re a female dealing with home repair, it is. I will not hesitate to call them...
