The visit to this establishment was okay overall. I made a reservation for me and my husband in training and we were about 15 minutes early, but that was no problem and we were seated immediately. The hostess indicated that she would get our drinks and then see which server was in the rotation. It was a little while for the server to come to the table, so we were ready to order when she came. We ordered our food to include an appetizer and that’s when the experience started to go downhill. We waited over an hour for our food with the server not checking on us or giving refills. I do not even recall her name. After over an hour of waiting, the server came back to the table and indicated that they did not have the salmon cakes that I asked for. But this time, I was irritated, but still respectful and asked for a menu. When I was brought the menu, there was nothing else that I wanted, so I simply just asked for chicken. The server informed me that this was not one of the options and I informed the server that after an hour of waiting and not being made aware that my initial choice was not available, then I am sure they could make accommodations. By this time, my husband in training’s food was bought out and my food was still no where to be found. After about what felt like 30 minutes, my food came out and it was obvious that it was sitting while they cooked the chicken. When my food came out, I was still missing apples and grits. I made the server aware and the apples and grits did not come until I was done with my other food. Additionally, the appetizer came out with the rest of the food. We were only checked on one additional time prior to our departure. There is an automatic 18% gratuity charged on all checks and I do not feel as though my service was worth that. However, I still added an additional tip, because you never know someone’s situation. The food was decent and I feel as though if it came out at the correct temperature, it would have been wonderful. Read moreWhere do I begin.... first things first my party had a reservation for 20 at 3pm. We arrived a few minutes late around 308pm. We stood at the door waiting to be greeted for about 15/20 mins after finding someone ourselves only to be told that they seated someone else in the section that they had reserved for us. They found a place there to accommodate us great! BUT then we waited almost an hour before a waiter even came to our tables and one of our people had to go find her! We are told we can only order from a certain menu which had the bare minimum on it bc of our party size OK so we do just that! Once ordered we are told that the bottomless Mimosa towers are only 5 people per tower OK we are fine with that ordered another but also are told they are not $30 as printed on the menu THEY provided to us but $60. We finally order our food we get most of it right after 5 and they close at 6pm we barely got to enjoy the atmosphere which was nice and the DJ bc of them dropping the ball. Oh and I didn't mention that after all was said and situated our refills on the towers we kept being told by our waiter they were being made but YET they weren't someone from our party went to the bar and the towers were made at that point and SHE brought them to our table (she meaning one of our people) When I say this was a HORRIBLE experience and it may be better for a 2 or 3 people at a time. Asked for 2 wings and waffles and an additional side of french toast & a salmon cake meal. Food came just the chicken & french toast. No waffle asked the waiter oh I got you down for this (whatever). salmon cake meal suppose to came with tartar sauce,it didn't. My girl asked for it. The waiter went to get & we were waiting 5 min or so went by she behind the counter, hugging two guys talking. She finally looked over at my girl, came over & my girl said I'm still waiting for the tartar sauce. She said oh ran back & got it. Chicken was good. french toast didn't have any taste at all avoid at all cost. Salmon cake was ok at best. Time to pay asked for a Togo tea. My girl asked for just a cup to put the rest of her lemonade in the waiter, bringing us both back togo waters. She might've done a better job if she didn't have an airpod in one ear. How can you take orders with an airpod in one ear, a tv playing and music, and trying to hear the customer order. Top everything off it's a 18% tip already in the bill.
