
I went in for a single repair with Tracy after I had a fill in 2 days ago. I waited patiently 1hr & the repair was done badly (as pictured) & looked completely different than my other nails. I asked her if there was anything she could do too fix it & she suggested a new set. I agreed & she said she didn't really feel like it & that it would be $70 which is really expensive (in her words). I insisted that we find a solution since I had paid for the repair already. She declined to service me any further & refunded me instead. I've been a consistent customer for 6 years & the customer service has gotten dramatically worse over the years. Could be my own individual experience, but I don't feel that the black clients are truly valued for the amount of service that we contribute on a regular basis.
In order too follow up to the owners response. I have always gladly paid for my services & never haggled regarding the price of any service I have received. I chose to repeatedly ONLY be serviced by Tracy to maintain consistency in the quality of my nail maintenance & with the constant change in techs as I have noticed during my time as a loyal paying customer. Lastly when I pay for a service yes I communicate any issues with Tracy during the process so I don't waste either of our time & instead of taking offense & refusing too further service me then simply explain. I also refuse to accept less than mediocre service for the sake of being labled difficult because again I PAY FOR ALL MY SERVICES & gaslighting not only me but potential customers who read these reviews also reflect the lack of accountability & unprofessionalism that your business...
Read moreI got a pedicure here today and had another horrible experience. This was actually my second time getting a pedicure here and both times I've been pleasantly disappointed. Tracey didn't want to listen to what I had to say, when I was explaining my discontent with the service. The older lady that actually did my pedicure had the audacity to get loud. The technician was an older frail lady who obviously doesn't need to be doing this service any longer. A male tech started my service by putting water in the bowl and he immediately started working on my sister's feet. When the older woman got to me about 15 minutes later, my water was cold.She didn't put anything in my water when I was soaking, she barely scrubbed my feet, she didn't have the strength to massage my legs and only applied one coat of polish. I was so angry, I didn't even tell her that the polish was NOT the color that I showed her. I tried to explain to Tracey that the service was horrible but that was like talking to a child. They only want the money and could care less if the customer is satisfied. It shouldn't be up for debate when the client is telling you something is wrong. This is so unfortunate because I frequent the establishment to get my eyebrows waxed regularly. This is the second time my pedicure has been subpar. Customer service is just as important as the service you are requesting. I'm highly disappointed that my concerns were not addressed. Be careful if you decide to go here. Read moreI decided to give this nail salon a try after reading some stellar reviews. I had just gotten a fill in with gel polish at another salon about a week ago, but my polish was peeling. Same for my daughter with her gel manicure. Well, to start, the simple design my daughter requested, they could not do. While another customer was getting very elaborate nails beside her. Her cuticle was cut too deep as well as they did not soak off the old gel on an 11 year old but used the drill. She ended with completely different nails than what she asked for with a terrible smiley face. On to my experience. I had an overlay on my natural nails already. The acrylic was drilled almost completely off. The tech said it was too thick. Then new acrylic was put in my nails, pouring over the sides and under my nails. I told them I wanted my nails more narrow like the tapered square shape. The tech filed 2 nails and asked if I liked them. I said yes, they said "oh, coffin?" I said "if that's coffin, I like these 2." The tech then drilled the sides off of all of the reamin nails. I said something to them and they tried convincing me that is what I wanted. They end up putting even more acrylic to build them back out, then couldn't do the design I asked for. Overall, a terrible experience. 10/10 would...
