My boyfriends iPhone was on its last leg and after the last drop it would not turn on at all. He was with another carrier and he went into the store for that carrier about 30 minutes until closing and they refused to assist because it was "too late". I saw that Verizon was open an hour longer and we went to this location. Malissa R. greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. She introduced herself and the other worker there. Malissa was assisting another couple as well. She made us feel "at home" even though it was a business. She explained the process and made it an easy transition for him. I don't even have Verizon and I am taking the time to write this review about Malissa if that tells you anything. She had us in and out in 30 minutes. She also explained how I needed to remove his old phone from his find my iPhone when we got home so he can turn it back in before 30 days. Well I accidentally erased and deleted THE NEW PHONE and it erased the whole ESIM! I remembered Malissa had said to text her anytime for assistance so I did with the # from her card. They had already closed, but she responded right away telling me what I did and said I could attempt to issue a new one on the app, but if not she told me to reach out the next day when they opened. She messaged me and then called and did everything over the phone in 10 minutes with me! We were already going to leave a review from the night visit, but she went above and beyond assisting the next day and didn't have us run back to the store to do it! After trying many carriers (to include Verizon other stores) we went to Rocky Mount Verizon store and spoke with Chris Bittinger the Manager. We are so pleased with Chris on his knowledge and expertise in all areas from services, optional plans that fit the customers personal needs, benefits and discounts that are offered. Not only did Chris spend numerous hours researching the best deals and applying military discounts etc with us, he familiarized us with all of the new upgraded options and features and downloaded them on the phone for us as well. We were truly elated with his knowledgeable tutorial and his patience in answering our bombardment of questions. Chris Also took the time to synchronize our laptops and I Pads. When it comes to personal customer care, we can not say enough about this young man on how he went the extra mile for us and told us to call him personally anytime if we needed help. Well, being not very technically savvy, we did take him up on his offer the next day. We were blown away when we found out that the number we called was his personal cell phone and answered all our questions on HIS DAY OFF !! Read moreA few months back I came in to purchase 3 galaxy s 23's for my wife and kids. The salesman offered me a trade-in deal with my old phones. I agreed that this was an awesome deal. He told me that I could trade multiple phones for each line if I wanted to get additional monthly credits to my account. All sounded good. I gave him the 3 current phones that I had in my possession and was told to go online and request trade-ins for the other 3 extra phones that I had at home and have return boxes mailed to me. I did just that but am only getting credit for the three phones I mailed in, not the three that I handed over at the store. My account shows 6 trade-ins but only credit for three. Apparently, there is a glitch somewhere but the salesman that helped me to make a sale will not help me fix this issue. He told me to call customer service. I did. Customer service told me to go to the store. I have waited for several months now hoping that it would eventually show up the credits on my account but it has not. The phones I traded were in great condition Galaxy S 20 Ultras. I was going to keep them for backup but I guess Verizon got over on me once again.
