I left my tablet for repairs yesterday. I called today to ask if they had looked at it yet, I was told that he hadn’t gotten to it. I asked when he WOULD be able to get to it and was told that he wouldn’t look at until after he had worked on the regular computers. I asked how long that would be and was told he usually had a 2 day turn around. I said I would expect to hear from him tomorrow since he had already had it for 1 day. He said I could come and get it now. I was shocked and surprised by his attitude and asked if he was the owner. He said he was “the person who ran the place” and he wouldn’t give me his name. I told him I had had work done there previously and was satisfied with the service and friendliness of the person who I dealt with then. He was very rude and I said I would come and get the tablet. After my Team Viewer session with Terry this morning, the first words out of my mouth were, "Best $50 I've EVER spent!" Get "Ur" Fix set up my new computer for me a week ago, worked beautifully, but I wasn't able to get Outlook (my email) going, so called this morning for advice. Within a minute Terry was on Team Viewer doing what he does, which is fixing things. And he was so calm and patient while I figured out my passwords, big selling point :-) Couldn't be happier...
