I have been coming to this location for 5 years and have never had an issue. I was there July 30 because the battery I purchased in January would not hold a charge. I had AAA come out for a jump and they tested my battery and it turned out to be bad. I drove to this location and told the 2 clerks what was going on. They looked up my account, and tested the battery. They said the battery was draining and that they would have to check my alternator and other components, but the battery would have to be fully charged. I did not have time to wait and said that I would rather have the battery warrantied out. Plus, AAA had already tested the components and battery and the battery test came back that it was bad. I showed them those results. They argued and said it was not the battery, it was something else, but ultimately gave in. They both acted like I was taking one of their own personal batteries. Jayden, the clerk who changed out my battery, had an very big attitude and was very rude. After he put the new battery in my car, he asked if I wanted him to check the alternator and other charging systems since the new battery was in. I let him check. I was sitting in the drivers seat and he barked orders to me from the front of the car, never "please start your car" or "please turn it off", he just shouted with an attitude. When the results from the system test came back with a pass, he leaned in to the drivers side and said here, and tossed the receipt from the test at me. Another associate was helping us try to find a warranty and they introduced us to John S. to start the testing process. He was able to test my battery with an electronic and manual testing device. He took the time to inspect the current battery and determine what we should do. He went into depth making sure the replacement would not only work but work better in my vehicle. He was so sweet to stay after his shift to install the battery and reset it to the cars computer. John S. needs a raise for his magnificent customer service. I tell him the problem he grabs his computer hooked it up to the truck gets the code ,tells me what I need to fix it gets parts from shelf rings it up, 5 minutes 45.00 dollars and I'm on my way home. 15 minutes new parts on the truck no more yellow light on the dash. Well guys as always you had the parts in stock at a fair price, in addition I automatically to saving at least $ 90.00 for the diagnostic code check ✔ and probably $300.00 for the repair itself.
