Super nice guy. Extremely helpful and honest. I called another service company first but they didn't have an appointment for a whole week. I decided to call around a bit more to see if I could get anything sooner. Hadi called me back right away, and said he could be there in just a few hours. He called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived just when he said he would. Opened up my 10 year old dryer, took the entire thing apart piece by piece and cleaned out years of lint accumulation - then replaced the damaged heating element ( he already had the parts on hand, no waiting for a second service call!! Yay!!! ) and suggested we replace the high temp thermostat switch as well as a precaution-- I agreed. He showed me what he was doing, explained everything and was respectful and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone as I think he really knows his stuff, works hard and was very thorough. With any luck this dryer may live...

Aus Hadi was simply the nicest, most knowledgeable and trustworthy person for the job. I called him the day our dryer broke down as we prepare to host my sister and three kids. He made it a priority to come over within an hour. He looked at our only two year old dryer and diagnosed it might still be under the 10-year limited warranty. Instead of charging us, what I felt was a fair amount to fix it and come out, he recommended we call back Maytag. His honesty, friendliness and knowledge of the dryer was very much appreciated. We had Mr. Hadi come and repair our dryer, which needed new pulleys and a belt. Our washer/dryer were stacked and in a small closet. Mr. Hadi removed washer/dryer unit all on his own (no easy feat) without damaging anything. Repair was done right and the price was so fair, that I felt like getting him to look at our other appliances. Mr. Hadi is friendly to talk to and is a super hard worker.
