This is to the large rotund man who is a pharmacy tech @Rocky River. You have finally pushed me to my breaking point and prompted me to take my business elsewhere. I am sick of you NOT processing my insurance properly (and telling me u did) and overcharging me. You never make the call and u never try to work with the patron. You sir, are not good for this pharmacy's reputation and should not be working the counter, EVER. You are a rude lazy man, and bad for business. I cannot believe I put up with u for as long as I did. I will go to CVS from this day forward. There is one nice lady there at the pharmacy, that will use the "discount card" and try to make things right. I am sorry Nice lady, that u have to work with Mr Rotund, I'm sure its not pleasant for you either....

Pharmacists Sam was very patient and understanding in clearing up a misunderstanding. He handled by confusion and misplaced anger in a professional and calm manner. He went out of his way during a busy hour to further clear the confusion when I was not satisfied with the answer on the phone. Thank you sir! You handled it wonderfully and humbled me along the way. I wouldn’t say the same for the female pharmacist (Elaine?Lainey), who instead of clearing the misunderstanding accused me of “finding a fake prescription box” to prove my case. Shame on her. My husband went there Friday Jan 14th to fill my scripts I have had 2 serious falls on top of moving. The pharmacist was beyond rude!!!!! Told my husband to leave and he will never fill our scripts.
