I recently visited the Giant Eagle Bakery at Rackey River, and while my overall experience was pleasant, there is one aspect that I feel deserves closer attention from the management team.

The bakery itself offers a wide selection of baked goods, and the majority of the staff members were friendly and helpful. However, there was one particular A female employee with glasses who looks middle age employee her behavior stood out as needing improvement. Their interactions with customers appeared rushed and lacked the personalized touch that I have come to expect from Giant Eagle.

In order to ensure consistency in customer service and maintain the bakery's reputation for excellence, I would encourage the management team to be more attentive and watchful of this particular A female employee with glasses who looks middle age employee. By providing guidance, additional training, or mentorship, the employee can be supported in delivering a more customer-centric experience.
