I would just like to say thank you so much to Dee in the kitchen service area I was there last night 8-18-16 and she went out of her way to help me!! She was amazing! Second I would also like to thank Jessica in the register area for making me and my son feel very comfortable when I had gotten to many things and had to put things back and Lori as well!!! They both were great!! However the girl Stephanie who was also by the cash register was not so pleasant and the reason for me giving the store 1 star. She was very rude and just not nice when I had asked her if I could just start over with my groceries she had a huge attitude like what I was asking was the most horrible thing ever. Like she had never done that or what not. She seemed to be very angry at the task I was asking. She made me not want to get anything and just walk out. Mind you no one was behind me it was late but not to late to where the store was closing and the store was very slow guest wise. I could see if I was holding up the line or making people wait but it was practically empty. Just a little detail so u can get the picture. Also I never said anything to her that was mean or unhappy guest wise or anything to stir up trouble. I kept my mouth closed. I didn't say one word. Just asked for what I needed. So for her to just treat me like that was uncalled for. Then while I was in Lori's line she was standing there just staring at me giving me dirty looks. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I can't stress that enough. In my opinion she should not be working there as I always found GE to be a very welcoming place and with her working there I'm sure you'll have guests leaving. I shopped mostly at night cause it was less crazy. A Thai named Lola and I almost fell in love and almost dated but would not give me space tried to talk to her two Stock at night came out said leave her alone I said okay they immediately threaten me almost physically assaulted me and forced me out of the store! I left peacefully and complained to head manager I found out later he did nothing ! Then she stalked me everyday from 8:00am to 12:00 am. I tried to talk to her but she avoided me but kept following me everywhere! Then her family joined in. Her sister said we were dating when I had not asked her out! I finally did got banned for no reason! I tried reporting to Gaint Eagle headquarters after the manager kept changing his story! All you get with Gaint Eagle corporate is complete runaround. I only have experience with the Specialty Pharmacy, not the actual store. My husband recently got a prescription for Humira and it was sent to this pharmacy to be filled. Jennifer was so extremely helpful, our insurance required us to use the CVS Caremark specialty pharmacy so she had it transferred there. CVS couldn't get anything figured out, they ended up taking 3 additional days to get it filled. Jennifer did everything she could do to make it easy for us, she was on the phone with myself and CVS for hours at a time trying to get answers as to why CVS was taking so long. She stayed over her shift to help (along with the pharmacist there in case they could get it filled for us). My experience with CVS was absolutely horrible but Jennifer at Giant Eagle's pharmacy did everything she could to help us. We have since left CVS completely and Jennifer is working on handling his prescription from now on. I would recommend her and Giant Eagle over any...
