Super condescending. Clerk asked if I knew the difference between pc and console gaming. Clerks kept interrupting the conversation I was having with my kid who was picking out a birthday gift for a friend. I asked my kid if they wanted to get a giftcard for their friend, and the clerked shouted out, "You can't use a giftcard to buy giftcards!" What the heck was this clerk implying?? It was such an odd outburst! None of us ever said anything about what form of payment we intended to use, and it was not a giftcard. Clerk did high pressure sale on the membership plan after I stated I didn't want to use it - I had one but I did not want to use it. I ended up giving a number just to stop the pitch. And there was no discount on the receipt! What a bunch of Lies! Clerk left the purchased item on their side of the counter and walked away at the end of the transaction without saying a word - no "thank you," no "f you" hidden inside of a sugary-sweet "have a nice day," nothing!! Clerk stared through the glass at me and my children as we got into our car and pulled away from the parking spot. Really awful, awkward, and creepy customer service. Horrible service manager named Amari, I went a while ago to buy a game and the line was long 6 people wait to checkout one employee working as fast as they can loved them they were so kind but there was another employee doing absolutely nothing to help just on the floor talking to I assume his friend on FaceTime not helping to help with the long line the entire time he put one row of gift cards and left saw him walking to the dollar store then when I was in the front he walked him tell the cashier he’s going on lunch not only did he not help at all he left just to leave again turns out it was a manager named Amari first time I found that out everytime I walk in there he’s doing absolutely nothing always on his phone or just slacking off and is extremely toxic and rude to his coworkers this is so disgusting that such a useless employee...

Have only been to this location 3 times. First time the manager was EXTREMELY rude to me for asking a simple question, didn’t even greet me when I entered and waited until I walked up and asked to “help” me. Second time exact same thing, very rude and short with me, unable to answer very simple questions without an attitude. Third time was actually a pleasant visit, I walked in one other customer was waiting to be helped and no employees were in the store.
