Overall wide selection and decent parking right off the freeway can get pretty crowded on weekends and after work since it's right near the expressway, store is moderately clean could use some new flooring that is not molding near the entrance, they at least have a decent size self-checkout so that's good for a few items if you don't want to wait in line. I have to adjust my rating from 4 to 2 stars after a recent experience I've had with their online order system, using the app and ordering online it's a simple enough process unfortunately the item I wanted was not eligible for home delivery for some reason so I had to come in and go to pick up using curbside pickup not just walk-in pickup, first issue was when I pulled up there's not really a designated sign that says specifically online pick up there's just a RX symbol that looks like a prescription refill site with a number and that's where you have to go it's not very intuitive, also after checking in with the app and waiting 25 minutes I called the number on the sign even though the app specifically says and multiple places not to call but that didn't do much since the call just goes to voicemail, not to mention the phone number on the sign was not even correct since it was missing two digits so I had to look around at the sign next to it that had all of the phone number. I waited another 20 minutes retried the calling still to voicemail so I went inside the store to see what was going on because it was Saturday I understood they were busy but 45 minutes was ridiculous, the customer service agent said that they no longer have online pickups and that The item I had wasn't available, I showed my confirmation email and they called over a different associate who had the same story that the online curbside pickup was no longer available and the app and my email were both wrong, I tried it to swing by the pickup desk in the very back of the store and after waiting with another customer for 15 more minutes for an associate to walk by and acknowledge we existed finally had some answers, apparently the person who was working the pickup section no longer works there so they don't even have a designated person who works curbside pickup so you have to walk in the store find an associate and they have to get your name and information and then find another associate who has authorization to release it to you so at this point it was over an hour and 15 minute wait until they finally came out and loaded my things in the car, if I knew how much of a struggle this would have been I would have just walked in picked it up and left but unfortunately it was the last...
Read moreWorst Walmart I have ever experienced. Poorly stocked, dirty, and poor staff. I entered an hour before close to buy printer ink. I quickly identified what I needed and then asked an associate if I could get some assistance getting in the locked case. She said she would help and then walked away. Five minutes later I asked another associate who said he didn't have keys. I asked if we could page someone to which he replied he didn't have a pager. He then shrugged his shoulders and in amazement I watched him walk away. My wife then asked another associate. This associate looked concerned and swiftly walked away as if on a mission. A female associate walked by five minutes later and I asked again for assistance. The associate laughed stating "good luck at this time of night. We're all getting ready to go home". I replied that it was 45 minutes until closing and she then said "we were there earlier but we're done now". I calmly asked if there was anyone in the store that could help me with printer ink. She replied with a smile and reluctantly said she would try to locate someone. Finally the first associate I had asked for assistance walked by again. She looked at me oddly and then said "you haven't been....". I smiled and shook my head and she again dissolved through a pair of swinging doors. Another female associate appeared and a Hispanic gentlemen awaiting near me for assistance with a locked item tried to engage her...she held a finger in the air at him and walked by him and proceeded to pick up a phone. After a brief moment she hung up the phone and said she had called a manager. Then this associate stood leaning on a basket and stared at those of us waiting for assistance (5 customers at this point); no conversation, just stares. A few minutes later, a woman appeared asking if I was the gentleman needing help. I confirmed her astute suspicion but also pointed out that I was only ONE of those awaiting assistance. This woman was polite and helped me get my item and walked me to the cash register. All things were going well now....and then she hands me my receipt and tells me to keep it handy because I'll "have to show it to Hitler at the door" as receipts are reviewed at the exit of this store. Spending 25 minutes attempting to gain assistance from a fleet of associates either not trained or unwilling to assist is ridiculous. As a military family we have lived all over the U.S. and frequently shop with Walmart. Never have I been so astonished...

We parked our RV camper at 3:10pm and closed curtains and put up the sun shade. We were quickly confronted by a security guard named Mr. Amad who aggressively told us we could not park overnight (I stress that it was 3:10pm). We explained that we were closing curtains and putting up our sun shade to keep our bus cooler for our cats, and he immediately accused us of lying and said that he saw that we had two children in there (??? We don't??). He then went on to state that if we were parked in their parking lot for over an hour, he would ticket us. He then suggested that we go to the Target down the street, this parking lot is only for Walmart customers.
There are a few things wrong with this in my eyes. First of all, he profiled us strongly and accused us of lying multiple times over negligible things. Secondly, we genuinely were going to shop in the Walmart and have another place picked out to sleep at, and his anger and accusations of lying made us feel unsafe to spend any more time at this location. Thirdly, more for the Walmart's sake, he was actively telling people to shop at a competitor.
Additionally, we often take our time shopping, and especially if we are doing a big grocery run we would take longer than an hour. Obviously this would be a problem if we had quickly slipped into the store, as he wouldn't have had time to tell us this fact and we would've received a ticket. It also didn't seem that he was checking on any other type of vehicle, only large camper-esque vehicles and 5th wheels.
I can't speak to the quality of the inside of the store because I never did go in. I'm not going to give money to an establishment that endorses harassment of people based on the vehicle they drive. The picture is of the security car company that harassed us, and you can see all of the open spots around them. We were even further away from the store, so we weren't affecting people's ability to park. We have been asked to move from parking lots before, but Mr. Amad spoke to us with such distain, anger, and belittlement that we decided we wouldn't give this Walmart money. We went to the Target that he suggested instead, it is just a mile...
