Said open 24/7 and saw two people working inside but wouldn't answer the drive through 4.48 am 2/26/2017 neither the intercom or at the window could i get service, the two women working this shift should be fired, saw two other people pull in and be unable to get service either and drive away. Edit: pulled through the drive through one more time before leaving and finally got service, i don't know for certain but i got the feeling that one person may have been training a new employee and then went to the restroom or something, so I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt but as stated earlier the delay did cost the restaurant at least two customers that i saw drive away. Not many places that are even open at late hours in the area though so I'd still recommend if your in the area and need a quick meal/drink after midnight. Then I pulled up to the window after the customer in front left. I asked the cashier, did she give my order to him mistakenly? She said yes. She then gave me the option whether to put my food in a new bag or not. Well of course in a new bag. The employees here are a little clueless when it comes to a pandemic. It probably wouldn't have gotten messed up if the person taking my order would stop interrupting me and actually pay attention. When I called back they immediatly knew what was wrong with the order, i didnt even say who i was, i could've went in and got a free burger if it wasn't me. Finally got my order fixed and still she was giving attitude the entire time. Pro tio: DONT WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOURE AN A-HOLE!
