Taco Bell — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

The only person that I see running the drive through fron counter abd making stuff is ol boy whos druve through almost every night he's chill and helpful. NOW I'm giving 1 star thebother say I swiped my card and I showed them it came off my account and everything the chick can barely understand me she calls her manager who says it will clear in 24 hours. I told her wsit that means I don't get to eat today becsuse that was rhe last of my money and she Says over the phone well looks like it sorry... not only has it been 72 hours and no one seems to know anythingbwhen I go in but that same Day o had a free coupon for a taco I read the rules fron to back no whrte it says with purchase and I asked her to cash it in and she says sorry I can't you have to buy abtaco first and I was done arguing the lady actually started arguing with me before that over the order and it taking my money ahe doesn't think I know how to speak Spanish my last name I'd mendoza but when her manager answered ahe straight up says I don't belive him it doesnt seem right he's covered in tattoos. At that time I didn't make it a big deal. But I have tobaay you know why taco bell I have that free taco thing and know how someone works almost nightly in your drive through I hate people that do this but it'd the truth I soend tons of money on that taco bell almost nightly 20 to 40 bucks 5 to 6 timed a week and I definitely won't be coming back to this one. Profiled still haven't gotten my money back it's crap.. complete and utter horrible...

So, I don't eat much fast food, but Taco bell is a guilty pleasure. I've been to MANY taco bells, and this is by far the worst one. They are completely inconsistent. Sometimes the food is made well but usually it is subpar.

Just now the cashier at the window dropped the card scanner and it took them 10 minutes to fix it. Meanwhile the food was just sitting there on the counter getting cold, and if anyone knows what it's like eating soggy Taco Bell tacos, yum!

The tacos didn't have any tomatoes on them. Just cheese and lettuce. I just read that they no longer put tomatoes on the regular tacos and only offer those on the taco supreme. What do tomatoes and sour cream have to do with one another?

I guess I just realized this because I just started buying tacos again after Taco Bell took everything else I used to order off the menu. Including the Mexican pizza and the tostada. Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food place and they're quickly becoming my enemy. The next Taco Bell I go to I will be asking for tomatoes on my regular taco, if they try to charge me that will be the last time I eat at Taco Bell.

Not surprised that this locations service lacks. Went inside and waited for server to take order but staff was busy with drive thru orders, so I went to use self serve kiosk but it did not have the option to order nacho fries on it so went back to counter to order and it took a minute for someone to come up and take our order. Ordered a few items for family but realized after they had charged an extra drink, so I just asked for some chips and cheese since it was just cheaper then the drink anyways, server said ok. Took a few minutes to get food and the person who served food on counter in a bag did not put the extra chips in, but I didnt feel like arguing over 2 dollars. The nacho fries portion looked like it was a container for a kids menu(plus they little containers they came in werent even that full)the rest of the food was ok, but kinda sucked even for taco bell standards. Restaurant wasn't that clean and there were ants on the wall. Wife wanted to use bathroom but there was a lock on it, so she went and asked to use it, the staff walked her to the restroom and let her in. Been to this location a bunch but seems like since covid they forgot how to run the inside anymore, The lights were off inside and just didnt seem...
