I really like this O'Reilly's. I am not auto mechanic. I do have a basic understanding and am not afraid to tackle a job on a car. But when I've had a question about a part, needed my battery for a lawn mower checked. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. They have never talked down to me like I'm an idiot for asking. I have been in line and watched how they treated other people and everytime they showed each customer respect. The only reason I hate this place is because it means I'm broke down. I hate to be broke down. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They price match and are happy to do it. You won't be in the door and they let you know that you are noticed and they will be there to help you even if they are busy. They finish their customer first, of coarse. Every employee has their good and bad days but when it comes to helping customers regardless if they were related to another situation or not you don't talk down to people, I'm not sure what exactly is wrong with these guys at this location but it seems like they need to pull a stick out where the sun doesn't shine.
